Bayard Police Department

Monday, Sept. 4

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that his 34-year-old son is threatening to beat him up because caller won’t buy him more beer. Officer advised both parties separated/only verbal/clear.

Panhandler

A named male is outside trying to get money. Officer advised the male will be leaving.

Wednesday, Sept. 6

Male is asking for beer and he is not supposed to be on property.

Domestic disturbance
Orchard Street
Caller advised that her son’s dad choked her and threw her on the floor and then took off running toward M&A. Caller refused EMS several times. Officer had negative contact with male.

Thursday, Sept. 7

Domestic disturbance
Pearl Street
Caller advised that his ex just threw a glass at him and cut him/she is no longer on scene/left in a blue Chrysler Sebring. Officer advised female left prior to arrival/units clear.

Welfare check
Empire Street
Caller advised that his sister was just released from the hospital earlier today and is yelling and being outspoken with her mother. Officer advised with female en route to Stewart Street.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue
Caller advised that a named male is getting in their face and cussing at them and advising he is going to hurt them. Officer made contact and advised all clear/verbal.

Santa Clara Police Department

Welfare check
W. Oak Street
Three small children who belong to a named female who is at GRMC for a drug overdose. Husband called GRMC to ask, “What the f*** is he supposed to do with the kids,” and GRMC is concerned for their safety. Officer had negative contact with anyone at the residence/will continue to check.

Battery
S. Cleveland Street
Someone just attacked her in her back yard and the person was big enough to be a male. The person took off running toward James Street and her son took after him as well. Officer ATL two males, one on a bike wearing a wife-beater and the other wearing a black hoodie.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Littering
Crum Road
Older primered gray Ford Bronco pulling a trailer was dumping trash on Crum Road and is now headed into Santa Clara. Dispatch advised code enforcement.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ Santa Clara Armory
Caller advised that a small male and a small female were running alongside the highway and caller couldn’t see any vehicles or adults in the area. Officer had negative contact.

Wednesday, Sept. 6

Unwanted subject
W. Cottonwood Street
Caller advised he has intruders in his home/he does not want them there/they are not welcome at his house/he does not know who they are. Officer had negative contact with such an address on the west side/headed to the east side of Cottonwood.

Harassment
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised it is occurring over social media. Officer advised will be en route to Santa Clara to issue a CTW/out at a James Street address/spoke to second party/clear.

Caller advised that a named male is refusing to leave the residence.
