Concert Band of the Southwest
“An Evening in Autumn Concert”

The Concert Band of the Southwest, under the direction of David Kendrick, will present its “An Evening in Autumn Concert” on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at the Cobre High School Auditorium. The concert begins at 7:00 pm; doors open at 6:30 pm. Seating is open and all seats are free. Donations for our sheet music library and expenses are gratefully accepted. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, so if you need a donor letter for your taxes, just let us know. Thank you to all those who have donated to The Concert Band of the Southwest.

The performance will include “Miss Liberty March” by Karl King, arranged by James Swearingen, “Alkali Ike Rag-A North Dakota Misunderstanding” by Albert Perfect arranged by David Seiberling, Pierre La Plante’s “Caribbean Rondo” based on traditional songs, “At Morning’s First Light” by David R. Gillingham, “At a Dixieland Jazz Funeral” by Jared Spears and other concert band favorites.

As always, performances by the Concert Band of the Southwest are free. If you play an instrument, even if it hasn't been for years, please come to play with us.
