Monday, Sept. 11

Out with two people in the park/both clear of warrants. Deputy advised they decided to leave for the night.

Burglary
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised they are taking care of a residence for owners in New Jersey. Advised that the owners said there were guns and ammo in the closet but there is none. Deputy and caller made contact.

Criminal trespass warning
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller advised that a named female is in the house and she has a CTW to the address.

Welfare check
Highway 15 – MM 5
Male who is playing a guitar, and possibly intoxicated, is walking onto the roadway. Deputy advised en route with male to an address off College/he said he will walk from there.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

Loud music
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy made contact with homeowner and they did turn down the music.

Breaking and entering
Basalt Drive – 1:10 p.m.
Caller advised that her trailer has been ransacked/unknown if anything taken.

Burglary
Turkey Creek Road – Gila
Caller advised that four men in a dark blue Ford F250, lifted, with big tires, were leaving address and caller then noticed missing items and window screens taken down. Deputy made contact.

Basalt Drive – 2 p.m.
Caller advised her daughter just got out of psych ward and is threatening to kill herself. Saying she doesn’t want to live anymore. Deputy had contact and advised everything is okay/subject will call mom to tell her she doesn’t want to hurt herself.

A named individual is not answering cell phone calls from three caregivers. Patient has been mentally ill long term. Caller is caregiver.

Battery
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that a neighbor’s child hit her child with a Chap Stick block and it hurt her when he threw it. But, she doesn’t have any marks or bleeding. Deputy made contact and advised it happened at school and parents are talking it out.

Father is not letting the children speak to their mother. Deputy advised the father is not home at this time/spoke to the children.

Game and Fish
Whiskey Creek Airport Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a mountain lion was under her house this morning. Deputy called NMSP for F&G.

Highway 152 – MM 8 – 8:20 p.m.
Caller advised that a small Toyota coming from Hanover has no lights on. NMSP officer has contact at the Manhattan Bar with vehicle/he is having electrical problems/wife is en route for him.

Caller advised that someone is outside her house/she can see headlights. Deputy made contact and advised a vehicle with lights on is at the neighbor’s/everything is okay.

Caller advised she is trying to get away from her partner/can hear him yelling in the background, Caller advised he has not hit her.

Criminal trespass warning
Coloradas Street – Mangas Valley
Caller advised she has a CTW for a named male. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised that a female is in his vehicle and won’t get out.

Deputy advised that a male has fallen in the living room/he does not want an ambulance/I will be helping him up.

Mathers Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that an intoxicated neighbor went onto his grandmother’s property on an ATV. Caller and subject are no longer there/caller is requesting a phone call.

Caller advised that someone vandalized the outside of the residence with spray paint.

Caller advised she hit a deer/the deer is 10-07 in the roadway.
