Caller advised that the other party for his child exchange did not show up with his child.

Caller advised that a named male is in the parking lot asking customers to buy him alcohol. Officer had negative contact.

Saturday, Sept. 16

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a female is in the store who has shoplifted before and she needs to be issued a CTW. Officer made contact and issued the female an indefinite CTW for W&N Enterprises.

Unwanted subject
1203 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised he was told by neighbors that a named male who has a CTW is on the property.

Sunday, Sept. 17

Battery
Empire Street
A 32-year-old, named female showed up at caller’s door advising she was beat up by a named male/she is bleeding from her nose and face. Officer advised to cancel EMS/patient refused/en route with female to a N. Railroad address.

Domestic disturbance
Orchard Street
Caller advised that her 29-year-old daughter is throwing things around the house/the boyfriend is causing problems as well/daughter is on several medications. Officer made contact and advised one in investigative detention.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Hurley limits
Pickup truck swerving all over the road coming into Bayard/tailgating the car in front. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Central Avenue.

Caller advised that someone has been stealing his mail.

E Street
A named male is in the house banging on the door and does have a firearm/caller is locked in a room and he is banging on the door/caller did see a gun. Officer had negative contact on E Street.

A named individual is causing problems with mother. Officer had negative contact with either subject.

Caller advised that vehicles are parking on their property and taking pictures of their dog. Officer made contact and advised clear for now/there are puppies in the area that they are trying to possibly steal.

Caller advised that her brother went to her house to use her vehicle in reference to his son who is sick and lying on the side of the road. Caller did not allow her brother to use her vehicle. Officer had negative contact with anyone on Highway 180.

Harassment
W. Encino Street
Caller advised that a named individual is threatening her.

Suspicious vehicle
N. Prescott Street
There is a dark blue vehicle blocking the driveway/there are people in the vehicle. Officer made contact and advised they ran out of gas/it was moved away from the driveway/he will be leaving it for the night
