What:  The NMED Surface Water Quality Bureau has opened a 45-day Public Comment Period on the Draft 2012-2014 State of New Mexico Integrated Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 303(d)/305(b) List of Assessed Surface Waters (Integrated List).
When: The comment period opens today, Thursday, December 15, 2011, and closes Monday, January 30, 2012, at 5pm. Comments must be submitted in writing by the close of the comment period. Electronic submittals via email to lynette.guevara@state.nm.us are preferred.
