17-year-old male possibly on drugs or intoxicated. Male running going up the hill toward the front yard/just took off in a beige Pathfinder toward the old Hideaway. Officer had negative contact with male/will stop to visit caller.

Domestic disturbance
Bayard Street
Male beating up a female. Officers out with named male and unknown female/en route with one male under arrest to Santa Clara PD.

Breaking and entering
Hurley Avenue
A kid on a skateboard just kicked in the door to this address. He ran toward the Snappy Mart and pizza place/he left behind his skateboard and spray paint.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

Fight
Bayard Post Office
Man beating up a woman/advised it was her mom/caller hung up. Female is going to follow officer to the office for more information regarding a civil matter.

Harassment
Watson Street
Caller advised that a named male is threatening to fight caller. Officer made contact and issued the male an indefinite CTW for the Watson Street address.

Domestic disturbance
N. Foy Street
Caller advised that her brother just pushed her/he is upset because their mother is dying of cancer and the tension in the house is bad. Officer made contact and advised parties to stay away from each other.

Thursday, Sept. 21

Unwanted subject
Runnels Drive
Adult male causing problems. Officer requested ambulance for male in his 40s possibly having convulsions.

Steyskal Street
Officer issued a named female an indefinite CTW for the address.

Welfare check
Cortez Avenue
A female has been screaming for over an hour/caller says this happens every day and they are tired of it. Officer made contact advising everything is okay/female does not need medical or any type of assistance/she is just talking loud.

Disturbance
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised that her son threw water on her and she does not want him at the residence. Caller called back advising she does not want her son in the camper they have in the back either.

Weapons fired
Hurley Cemetery
Just received call about shots fired at the cemetery/out with four subjects.

Monday, Sept. 18

Domestic disturbance
Clove Street
Caller advised that her son is in the house and he is not supposed to be there/advised she did allow him in the home/he did get physical with her and pushed her. Officer advised son left prior to arrival/mom was told to call if he returns.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

Welfare check
N. Mineral Street
Caller advised her next door neighbor was pounding on her door/when caller went over to find out why caller found the neighbor on her bed and not responding to her. Officer advised an 80-year-old female on oxygen is breathing but not responding/incoherent at this time.

Highway 180 @ Fort Bayard
Caller advised a named male is in the road blocking traffic to get a ride to Bayard. Officer advised en route wells with male.

Battery
Santa Clara Park
Caller advised her son was to be with his father, but she just got a call that her child was with the child’s father’s friends. Caller advised she went to the park to get her child and they hit her in her vehicle. Advised subjects in the vehicle are on drugs/meth/silver car. Caller advised she does have her child now and the child is . . .

Man riding a bike has been in the area for about an hour. Officer had negative contact.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

Suspicious vehicle
Cleveland/Hutchinson
Officer made contact and advised he was just dropping off his friend.

Domestic disturbance
Manhattan Park Drive
Sister’s husband hit her 14-year-old brother and is yelling at his sister. Officer made contact and advised that the 14-year-old was the aggressor and parents don’t want to press any charges.

Thursday, Sept. 21

Criminal damage to property
Splash Park
Children throwing gravel onto the new turf and it’s ruining it. Officer advised five of the kids were picked up by their grandparents and officer has two kids that were dropped off at a Prescott Street address with their parents.
