A named male is on the property and caller doesn’t want him there/the male is asleep in a black SUV/male has a CTW issued in November 2016. Deputy out at address.

12th and Louisiana streets
Two vehicles – no injuries.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bear Creek Road -- Gila
Received second call from a named individual identifying the other party involved and the yelling is getting worse. Deputy out at address/advised all verbal/everything is okay/clear/ just a bunch of yelling.

Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that her niece was involved in a domestic with her boyfriend/they argued and he pushed her and then left.

Highway 180 – Santa Clara
Caller advised a vehicle is parked in the middle of the roadway without any hazard lights on. Officer requested ambulance for a male who is diabetic/not making any sense/and is refusing to get out of the pickup.

Tanglewood Circle
Deputy made contact and vehicle is leaving.

Fairway
Caller wants a deputy to pass by a residence where a female lives who is in jail and caller wants to make sure the house is okay. Deputy advised everything at the residence appears okay.

Saturday, Sept. 23

Suspicious vehicle
Carl Place
Caller advised that several vehicles are on his property. Deputy on scene advising the vehicles are on Hester Street, not on caller’s property.

Highway 152 – Georgetown
Caller from mine security advised a vehicle went up the hill and blacked out and will not leave. Deputy made contact and a named male left the mine property headed back home.

Desert Rose Lane
Black Sequoia with male inside/unknown whether sleeping or intoxicated. Deputy made contact and requested next wrecker on rotation for the vehicle. Deputy has three males and one female en route to Adobe Springs.

Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that she hasn’t been able to get a hold of her mother in quite a while and that her mortgage isn’t getting paid. Deputy made contact with mother and advised she is okay and will call her daughter.

Truck Bypass
Ex-wife is causing problems for caller/she left prior to arrival.

Criminal trespass
Location not given.
Caller advised that his granddaughter just advised him that a named individual was at her residence at 3 a.m.

Highway 180 – MM 116 (near Cross Point Church, Arenas Valley)
Female lying on the side of the mountain on the eastbound side. Deputy contacted Luna County who advised NMSP stated the female was already removed from this location and not wanted there.

11820 Highway 180
Caller had video of a shoplifting that occurred on Thursday.

Deputy out with a named individual.

Sunday, Sept. 24

Disturbance
RV parking area
Deputies advised will be on foot looking for this subject/advised have contact with subject.

Loud party
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised two named individuals are having a party and there is underage drinking going on. Deputies made contact advising multiple vehicles on scene. Deputies advise party has been dispersed/with one juvenile en route to his home address/juvi was turned over to his mother.

Bandoni Drive – 11 a.m.
Caller advised that two people are trying to evict him. Deputies advise everything is okay/the other parties left/the landlord was given proper instructions on how to evict.

Welsh Street and Yucca Valley Drive
Caller advised that the neighbor on Yucca Valley has been shooting off a shotgun for about 10 minutes. Deputy advised in area ATL/out with vehicle on Welsh Street.

GCSD
Receiving threatening phone calls from husband.

Fraud/embezzlement
Partridge Drive
Caller advised that someone took out a credit card in his name and they have used the card.

Unwanted subject
Bandoni Drive – 7 p.m.
Two named individuals are back and were already told not to return until tomorrow with officer assistance/they are removing things from the house.

Old Iron Bridge Road
Caller advised she dropped her son’s 14-year-old friend with his mom and the mom was “out of it.”/they are driving back to Clifton right now in a black Toyota SUV. Deputy advised this female has a good head start on them/she is en route to Morenci/advising to get with Grady County
