Caller advised son’s ex-girlfriend is calling and harassing her and is doing this because she was served with papers in reference to custody.

Domestic disturbance
Lobo Drive – Cliff – 1:15 p.m.
Caller advised her brother just attacked her/he was holding her by her pants and tried to push her out of the door. Advised she scratched his eye trying to protect herself. Deputy spoke to father.

Welfare check
Lobo Drive – Cliff – 3 p.m.
Caller advised she heard a gunshot after deputies left/advised he is suicidal. Deputy made contact and advised everything is okay/negative on any suicidal ideations or shots fired.

Game and Fish
Highway 90 – MM 26-27
Per Hidalgo County/caller advised deer in middle of roadway at this location. Deputy advised he went to MM 27 with negative contact.

Burglary
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised he got home and noticed TV and stereo missing. Front door and laundry room door were unlocked. Requested patrol for two months.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Unwanted subject
Nun View Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her daughter is banging on her door and daughter is in a psychotic state and caller cannot let her in. Caller advised she is now trying to break into the house through the window. Deputy just arrived as dispatch was talking to caller.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
3001 S. Highway 90
Deputy set up patrol for one month.

Assault
1st Street – Hachita
Caller advised his named neighbor keeps threatening to kill him/no weapons have been brandished/his neighbor has been off his rocker for years.

Harassment
Highway 35 – MM 15
Caller advised that a G&F officer is harassing her/she passed him on a dirt road and he pulled her over. Deputy spoke to caller.

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that her teenage girl is cussing at her and tried to hit her/caller is her grandmother. Caller advised she trashed the house yesterday. Caller advised she is okay and not injured.

Unwanted subject
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised that an intruder is in her home and she does not want him there/caller left the residence already.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

Suspicious vehicle
Indian Hills
Looking for suspicious vehicles.

Assault
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that some visitors at a nearby space were harassing him and his son/caller has continually had problems with them.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Battery
GCDC
On a prisoner. Officer advised that several inmates had jumped another inmate. Deputy advised that GCSD only handles felonies at the jail, not misdemeanors.

Welfare check
Mobile Drive
CYFD has tried to make contact with mother and an infant who is a few weeks old/they need to make contact with the baby.
