Officer advised out stationary at MM 120 (near armory) on Highway 180.

Fight
S. Franey Street and Central Avenue
Subject was in an altercation with cousin/doesn’t wish to pursue charges/father came for subject/everything is okay.

Fahey and Royal streets
Caller advised she can hear what sounds like a female that needs help/it sounded like whimpering. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Saturday, Nov. 4

Assault
North Street
Caller advised that a patient reports that her 30-year-old son cut her on the left side of her neck. Officer made contact with patient who did not want to speak with an officer/she stated she did it/she was drunk/patient told a nurse it was her son but told the officer that she did not remember and said she did it. Officer advised unit clear, no further info at this time.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that her grandson who has mental problems is arguing with her son-in-law. Advised he did take his meds today/he had one beer. Officer made contact advising clear/grandson calmed down now that he saw LE/everything is okay.

Criminal sexual penetration
Santa Clara
Caller advised there is a family in the ER with a 3-year-old boy advising that he was possibly molested by a family member in Santa Clara.

Shoplifting
11988 Highway 180
Female putting items in her bag/still walking around the store. Officer made contact advising have one in investigative detention/subject was issued a CTA and also an indefinite CTW.

Domestic disturbance
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that two females are fighting and she believes it is physical. Officer made contact and both females said it was verbal/clear.

Sunday, Nov. 5

Bellm Street
Caller advised that her family is not letting her out of her home.

Larceny
W. Oak Street
Caller advised that three young males just stole multiple toys out of his yard/they are now at Central Elementary/kids are now taking the toys back to the address. Officer advised he has two juvies with him and talked to them/will ATL . . .

Welfare check
S. Bard Street
Officers are going to a vacant house that was said to have someone staying there. Officers advised that a named male was allowed to stay at this location/he was asleep on the couch. Advised everything is okay/male just got out of the ER for pneumonia and was allowed to stay there.
