The Silver City/Southwest NM Branch of AAUW will hold its first meeting of the New Year on Wednesday January 17 from noon to 1:00 pm at the Gender Equity Center on the WNMU campus at 1211 Mississippi Street. Members and visitors are invited to attend.

We will look forward to the upcoming year for AAUW. One of our major events for the last 25 years has been our annual Expanding Your Horizons Conference for 5th – 8th grade girls in the 4 counties of the southwest NM. Our 26th Conference will be held on the last Saturday in February, February 24 on the WNMU Campus. If you are interested in learning more or participating in EYH we welcome you to this meeting.
