Caller from Stout requested officer to speak with the principal about an incident earlier during a walk through. Officer made contact advising that a named male advised that another named male with a CTW for Stout had just dropped off a kid and the first male asked the principal to watch out for him.

1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male took vitamins and left in a yellow Blazer. Caller advised the male threw the vitamins out and headed east on 180.

In reference to a civil matter involving power of attorney. Deputy has contact at First Financial/going forward to made contact with subject’s sister before moving forward.

A named female screaming saying someone is in her apartment.

Suspicious vehicle
Hudson Plaza
Individuals loading something into the truck. Officer on scene/clear.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

Criminal damage to property
Leslie Road
Caller stated he is moving out and his apartment has been trashed.

Fraud/embezzlement
Kidder Road
Occurred somewhere in New Mexico/unknown exactly where.

Welfare check
Caller advised that a male is throwing up on Rosedale Road/does not know him. Officer made contact with a named male who didn’t see anyone walking around in the area and he wasn’t throwing up.

Harassment
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that his ex was stalking him at the store.

Welfare check
Leslie Road
Caller is yelling and screaming, saying a male is suffocating her. Officer had contact with caller.

Wednesday, Jan. 17

Battery
La Plata Middle School
Female student assaulted this morning and parent is in the office to speak with an officer.

Shooting
3005 Camino del Bosque
Air cleared. Active shooter. Forest Service officer. Dark caps/blue jean/unknown where exactly. Did enter in back on south of the Building G. Approximately five shots were heard. Shoot hat/glasses khakis/long sleeve shirt. AR-15 rifle.

Shoplifting
2640 E. Highway 180
Male took a hat from inside the store and headed east on 180 in a pearl white car.

Domestic disturbance
N. Silver Street
A female or a child is screaming. Second caller advised that a named male is fighting with a female and the female is screaming/there is an active restraining order between the two. Officer had contact.

Larceny
2289 Superior
Caller advised his Ruger LCF .380 was stolen Monday from Wendy’s. Caller advised he left it unsupervised for a moment and it was gone. Caller is now back in Las Cruces. Officer will call him.

300 16th Street
Male is walking in the traffic. Officer had negative contact.

Little Walnut Road
Caller advised up on the mountain near Jack Frost there is a light flashing off and on/unknown exactly where it is. Officer out at a Tom Lyons address where the flickering light is.

Criminal trespass warning
1814 N. Swan Street
Out with a named female. Female was released on a CTA. Out with a named male also.

Thursday, Jan. 18

Welfare check
N. Gold Street
A 6-year-old has been absent for four days and they are unable to reach the mother. Officer made contact with neighbors who advised they have been gone for four days.

Unwanted subject
121 W. 12th Street
Male dressed in black on a bicycle looking in vehicles and yelling causing a disturbance. Officer clear/negative contact with that subject.

Unwanted subject
Sheriff’s Posse Road
A named female is causing problems and refusing to leave. Officer advised has two small females and one adult female and giving them a ride to El Refugio.

Breaking and entering
Texas Street
Caller was advised by a neighbor that her motorhome behind Silco Theater was possibly broken into.

Accident-injuries
Lori Place and N. Silver Street
Two vehicles in roadway. 68-year-old male caller stated that his back and neck are hurt. Caller in a white Honda Pacifica/other vehicle a red Chevy Colorado.

Welfare check
1500 N. Hudson Street
Older man sitting on the wall/possibly having a hard time breathing. Officer has contact by Don Juan Burritos/giving him a ride home to 20th/Gold.

Welfare check
N. Corbin Street
Caller advised she cannot get a hold of her neighbor who is very ill. Officer made contact with neighbor advising the he is all right.

Criminal trespass warning
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised that a named male just drove through his property/male is now gone/caller has it on video.

Unwanted subject
1120 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male who is not wanting to pay for a room wants to stay in the lobby until morning. Advised the male was removed from the Palace Hotel for not paying for a room there. Officer issued indefinite CTW to the male/en route with male to McDonalds.
