Caller advised she saw a brown Toyota car wrecked into a tree on the east side of the road and a female walking further south on Rosedale. Officers on scene.

A 12-year-old and other children in the home may be being abused by the stepfather/physical and verbal. Advised that if the 12-year-old told anyone about the abuse he would kill him. Caller is a friend of the family.

Walk-in advised that a vehicle was damaged by a named individual.

Caller advised the lock to her gate was broken and the back door was open/nothing appears to have been taken.

Walk-in advised receiving harassing texts from a named male.

Caller advised she has a foster child and needs him to be picked up/advised she called CYFD and they advised her to call dispatch for law enforcement to come and pick him up. Caller advised he is causing problems and she cannot handle him anymore/he will not listen to her and she has small kids with her and does not need . . .

Caller advised someone broke into his storage unit.

Deputy advised clear from school/out at a Mimbres Yucca address.

Peterson Drive – Arenas Valley
15-year-old son took off on foot about 45 minutes ago. Caller called back advising her husband found the son and he is fine.

Fraud/embezzlement

Walk-in advised that a company is taking money out for a vehicle that was repossessed. She also stated that in 2015, $152,000 was taken by her father-in-law. And a gun that was taken in 1988. Deputy informed her that she needed to speak with the company and explain what is happening. I also gave her a form to file for the stolen gun with ATF. No further action at this time until the victim . . .

Caller advised mom is arguing with the father about the title of the house/they have been drinking. Deputy had contact advising that an indefinite CTW was issued to a named female for a Bobwhite Drive address.

Caller stated someone took a radiator out of the yard yesterday from his Chevy pickup.

Domestic disturbance
Bobwhite Drive – 11:05 a.m.
Caller advised that a named female is having a fight with husband/she is a neighbor and doesn’t know anything else.

Bell Street
Caller advised her shed was burglarized.

Fort Bayard Substation
Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/it is security in a different vehicle.

Deputy had contact advising two subjects left upon request.

Unwanted subject
Coleman Drive
A male is refusing to leave the residence and the owner is not home and wants caller to kick him out of the house. Deputy had contact advising clear/advised parties of proper procedure.

Welfare check
Pine and N. Swan streets
Small child that was running in the roadway. Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/child was given to grandma who advised the child got out of the yard.

Unwanted subjects
Encina Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that stepson’s friends are arguing and causing problems/no alcohol or weapons. Deputy had contact advising a subject was issued a CTW for 30 days/they will remain until he departs/subjects left.

Stolen motor vehicle
Mahogany Drive
Caller advised he lent a trailer to a male to haul some trash and he is refusing to give it back. Deputy had contact and will be following the vehicle and the trailer back to the owner’s residence.

Caller advised that a female is in the ER advising she was assaulted somewhere out in the county.
