For the weekend beginning Friday February 9, 2018 at 4:00 pm and ending Monday February 12, 2018 at 8:00 am Officers of the Silver City Police Department responded to 33 calls for service and had 156 self-initiated activity, and made 12 arrests, including 2 for DWI.

Included in the above calls for service are 1 Domestic Disturbance, 1 Larceny, 1 Vehicle Burglary, 1 Residential Burglary, 2 Criminal Damage, 1 Traffic Complaint, 2 Utility Complaints, 2 Shoplifting, 5 Welfare Checks, 1 Reckless Driver, 1 Injuring – Tampering, 2 Unwanted Subject, 1 Falsely Obtaining Services, 1 Citizen Assist.
