Received call from NMSP dispatch requesting an ambulance for one female driver injured/may need extrication. Per NMSP dispatch victim is a 20-year-old female with lacerations to her face/unknown other injuries/she is still in the vehicle.

Walk-in reported that her son hit her.

Vehicle burglary
E. 13th Street
Caller advised her Nissan Sentra has been broken into.

Harassment

Officer made contact with a named female who stated she was followed from Deming by another named female.

Her boyfriend is refusing to allow her to leave and threatening to hit her.

Her 66-year-old son has been ill and she has not been able to reach him.

Intoxicated persons
Highway 180 @ Ace Hardware – 2:50 p.m.
Male walking in the middle of the roadway. Officer was advised the male is inside Wendy’s and not causing problems.

Unwanted subject
2289 Superior – 2:55 p.m.
A male is inside Wendy’s making customers feel uncomfortable/would like him removed from the store/not causing problems. Male was issued an indefinite CTW for Wendy’s.

Male and female are fighting behind apartments. Officer made contact, advising clear/verbal only.

Welfare check
2750 E. Highway 180
Male is passed out by the pickup in the parking lot. Officer advised giving male a ride to Motel 6.

Shoplifting
915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a named female and a named male just stole a flashlight and left in a gray vehicle. Officer advised clear/they will be getting the video ready to view.

Unwanted subject
C Street
Caller advised that her landlords are there and she doesn’t want them there/it’s her mother and a named male. Advised they aren’t causing problems but she just doesn’t want them there. Dispatch could hear a lot of yelling in the background. Officer advised clear/subjects left.

Shoplifting

Caller advised that two subjects are in the store/they stole two Monsters/are now outside in a green Explorer/wants CTWs issued. Officer advised show a named female and a named male indefinite . . .

Saturday, Feb. 10

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised his vehicle was egged and the tires slashed.

Caller advised she has tried to call back her daughter but she is not answering the phone/earlier there was an unwanted subject at her apartments. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Criminal damage to property

Caller advised that a male was trying break into her apartment. Officers had contact with a named male in the area/advised clear.

92-year-old female is not answering her phone since Feb. 8. Officer made contact advising she is okay.

Intoxicated persons

By the flagpole adult male is intoxicated. Officer out with a named male advising he has had too much to drink/got him to leave/a family member is driving him home.

Caller advised that a named male was staying with her and when she got home her TV and other items were taken.

Caller advised that people are in her apartment. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

A 50-year-old she was supposed to pick up for church is not answering her door. Officer had contact advising she is okay/she did come outside.

Deer on the side of the road that is still alive. Officer advised deer is deceased.

Caller advised that some subjects are yelling and fighting/male and female are crying. Second caller advised she can hear a male yelling as if he is in distress. Officer had contact advising a named male was fighting with his partner over the phone.

Caller advised people in her house raping her and taking her clothes off. Officer had contact advising she said she is okay/is not having a good day.

Caller advised someone stole his firearm out of his vehicle/it occurred at Denny’s.

Caller advised that someone tried to break into her property/door knob is missing from the door/broke into the garage as well/did not notice anything missing.

Two intoxicated males in the parking lot/now in a white beat-up Ford pickup heading toward Sonic. Officer had negative contact.

A named male is irate at his family/accusing them of stealing his cats/no weapons/no kids/he has calmed down a little but is still arguing.

A named male sent multiple texts to family members advising he may need an ambulance/unknown why. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.
