Game and Fish
Bayard City limits on Highway 180
Deputy advised was headed home at the end of the shift when a deer was noticed in the eastbound lane of Highway 180. The officer advised the deer was still breathing. The officer advised the deer was pulled off the highway to the south side of the road and the deer was put down with two rounds from a shotgun.

Larceny
Cottage San Road
Caller stated she has two rings missing from her residence since last week.

Criminal damage to property
Rosedale Road
Caller just arrived home and found the window at her home broken, possibly with a BB gun.

Saturday, Feb. 10

Harassment
Rosedale Road
Neighbor is harassing them. Caller called back advising the neighbor pulled out a pistol. Deputy had contact advising both parties to stay away from each other/one individual was issued an indefinite CTW for a Rosedale Road address.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
Her boyfriend just hit her and is throwing rocks at the house. Deputy on scene advising male left prior to arrival/deputy had contact at another North Hurley Road address/advised one male in investigative detention, then one male in custody.

Criminal damage to property
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that there are three large rocks in her front yard that weren’t there before she left for work/she thinks someone threw them into her yard. Caller called back advising there is damage to the windows on the trailer.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 100 (Red Rock Road junction)
Caller advised that an elderly man broke down and is walking home to Truck Bypass/he has a cane and a flashlight/caller did stop and gave him a Gatorade. Deputy had contact at Mangas Valley/will be dropping male off at Peaceful Valley Trailer Park.

Sunday, Feb. 11

Larceny
Cortez Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised that her license plate was taken at the City of Rocks sometime last night.

Criminal trespass
Kneeling Nun Road -- Santa Rita
Young male that has already been warned not to come onto his property.

Loud music
Potis Road
Deputy advised can’t hear the music while driving up to the house/when going to the backyard the music was very loud/spoke to a named male who advised he would turn down the music.
