Deputy issued a named female a CTW for a Highway 35 address.

Burglary
County Club Road
Caller advised that his workers noticed the storage shed was open and multiple items taken/owners not on scene/house is being remodeled.

Larceny
Chalcopyrite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that a male in a white Suburban pulling a flatbed trailer just stole railroad ties from their yard. Deputy advised negative on larceny. It was the neighbor’s friends taking the railroad ties/everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
Highway 35 @La Tienda
Caller in a red VW Beetle advised she hit a berm/negative injuries.

Welfare check
Pinon Lane – Grant County
Caller from Central Wide Intake requests welcheck on an 11-month-old baby and determine condition of home and names of those living in the home. Advised parents are 16 and 17-years-old and living with an aunt. Officer went to residence and advised everything is okay.

Shooting
Thunder Road
Walk-in advised she shot her husband in the leg/caller is now at GCSD. Advised she shot him “‘cause he wouldn’t let her leave and she was tired of him beating her.” Deputy out with walk-in at GCSD. EMS1 and R2 staging at Rosedale/Thunder.

Harassment
Turkey Creek Road -- Gila
A named male just went up to his house revving his engine and peeling. Deputy had contact with caller/negative contact with subject.

Accident-property damage
Fairway and Ridge Road
Daughter driving a silver Volvo station wagon just hit a deer/no injuries.

Red Ford Taurus has the side window broken out.

Turkey Creek Road -- Cliff
Caller stated someone broke into his residence and he filed a report on Sunday for B&E. GCSD advised NMSP is being advised and they will call caller.

Occurred this morning.

Intoxicated driver
Highway 15 – Dead Man’s Curve
Male slumped over the wheel of a blue and white van facing north.

Accident-injuries
Fort Bayard Road
One vehicle rollover/silver Nissan Xterra/male juvenile. Deputy advised to send wrecker.

Welfare check
Agua Blanca – Hurley
Caller advised that her son keeps going up and down the street and throwing rocks into her mother-in-law’s yard/he keeps yelling and is not making sense.

Soon-to-be ex-wife broke his windshield.

Domestic disturbance
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Caller and his wife are arguing/both are intoxicated. Wife broke a window/she says he pushed her/he says she punched the window. Caller advised it stopped bleeding and she doesn’t need an ambulance. Jealousy started the fighting. Wife just got into the truck and is leaving.
