Caller wants to issue a named individual and kids CTWs for the address. Deputy advised to put out ATL for the individual and could issue restraining order for the kids who are 13-years-old and younger. Deputy out at another Lariat Road address ATL above individual. Deputy advised negative contact/he left town last month for work and will be gone for another eight months.

Walk-in advised jewelry was taken from her residence.

Highway 180 – Cadell Crossing
Young boy sitting on the dirt spot right when you turn in from 180. Second caller advised he is walking toward Bayard from Santa Clara. Deputy had contact at MM 122 (1 mile south of 152 junction)/advising one male juvi in unit en route to Santa Clara/juvi is upset and refusing to speak to deputy/he is kicking the inside of the unit.

Domestic disturbance
Pete’s Pass Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she and her boyfriend have been arguing all day/it’s verbal today but has been physical in the past. Deputy was advised.

Unwanted subject
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised she started an eviction with someone at her home and now another person is there and she wants them removed/they are not causing problems right now. Deputy advised out with a named female/she will be leaving.

Accident-property damage
S. Highway 90 and Camino Tolteca
Deputy advised that NMSP handled this crash.

Game and Fish
Onyx Drive
Caller advised a very large bear is in his chicken coop. Deputies advised two shots fired/bear is dead.

Highway 152 – MM 14
Vehicle vs deer.

Welfare check
XYZ Ranch and Arenas Valley roads
A female is walking and limping toward Hwy 180. Deputy had negative contact.

Game and Fish
Grant County Airport – Whitewater Road
Deer was hit/is still alive/needs to be put down. Deputy advised one shot fired/deer was put down/clear.

Harassment
Copper Court – Tyrone
Caller advised while his wife was walking she was harassed. Deputy advised caller stated occupants of a green Ford car pulled up and yelled at his wife who has dementia. Deputy advised he would patrol the area.

Burglary
Whiskey creek Airport
Someone broke into his RV and stole $2,400/unknown how they got in.

Domestic disturbance
Wilmot Road
Caller advised that her friend just called advising her husband is beating her with a stick. Deputy on scene/female left prior to arrival/spoke with her on the phone and she advised it was all verbal. Deputy also had contact with husband who stated also it was all verbal.

Welfare check
Wolf Horse Camp – Old Arenas Valley Road
Male walking toward Mis Amigos stated he was hit in head with an ax and is bleeding. Deputy had contact requesting ambulance for a 40-year-old male.

A 24-year-old went fishing and was to return this morning. Deputy had negative contact with vehicle at the lake or on the road.

Criminal trespass warning
Laguna del Oso – San Lorenzo
Caller advised that a named female was on his property and “dared him” to call the police. Deputy had contact issuing the female an indefinite CTW for the address.

Accident – injuries
Turkey Creek Road
Caller advised three people involved in an ATV accident and the father of the kids is really bad/they are at the Snappy Mart in Cliff. 37-year-old male with a head injury.

Unwanted subject
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Second caller advised that a named male was there under the influence of drugs and was trying to take the child (her child) from caller who has custody of the child. Deputy had contact with caller who advised subjects already left and . . .

An employee hears a lot of gunshots/they have no LEO on duty/there are restrictions re: shooting weapons. Deputy had contact with a group which had already finished and advised they didn’t . . .

One-year-old just sitting on side of the road with a pacifier. Deputy had contact and an adult named female advised the child was outside playing and she went inside to get something and when she came out she did not see him. She then took off . . .
