A named male is yelling at people across from City Hall. Two other callers stated he is in the middle of the roadway and being very belligerent with people. Officer had contact advising clear/he is going to go somewhere else.

Female with very slurry speech/unknown what type of assistance needed. Officer advised everything is okay at this time.

N. Bennett Street – 12:45 p.m.
86-year-old wife left walking at 10 a.m. and was seen at the Visitor Center after 10:30 a.m. Officers had negative contact at Visitor Center, Laundrymat, surrounding area, HMS, WNMU, and Penny Park/out at Food Basket.

Caller advised the male neighbor hasn’t been seen in about two days. Made contact with male and he is not feeling well but okay.

Walk-in advised a money order was stolen. She advised that she placed an $800 money order in the rent box at Silver Cliffs Apartments on June 27 and the manager stated that the check was not in the drop box.

Caller advised a male went inside being very hostile with scratches on his face that were bleeding/he went outside with a female and now they are arguing/male is now walking toward the Drifter. Officers had contact with a named male and named female and issued both indefinite CTWs for Denny’s.

Caller advised that a named female had $1,000 stolen out of her purse at the Care Center.

Caller advised that her son went to her house and took his infant son without permission/the child was left in her care/left in a black truck with no car seat. Caller advised the child was crying and her son was yelling and acting erratically. Officer had contact with son advising he does have a car seat/the child is okay/he is making child a bottle.

Caller advised that a named male is harassing customers and making obscene gestures through the window/they want him removed. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised a female in a wheelchair is in the roadway in front of Food Basket. Officer had contact at Gough Park.

Caller advised she was being harassed by her brothers who are in the process of evicting her from the residence on Kimberly Street. A walk-thru was done and caller was advised not to take anything that . . .

Caller advised there was a white Ford van putting gas/male driver drinking and he had a child in the vehicle as well/van left south on Highway 90. Deputy had negative contact all the way to Tyrone.

Camera was taken from his residence. Officer had contact advising caller stated it was a Panasonic GH4 worth $2,000.

Right across from McDonald’s/caller’s granddaughter and a named male and there are children involved and all crying in the background. Officer had contact with male advising everything is okay now.
