Caller advised they are hearing strange noises outside/it sounds like animals fighting. Caller called back advising one of their windows just broke and aren’t sure what’s going on. Caller called back again advising something was going through their window and they don’t know what it is. Officer had contact advising clear/negative contact with any kind of animal.

Caller advised sister is afraid of her son because he is schizophrenic and has been off his medication. Officer had contact requesting ambulance for a 45-year-old male requiring mental evaluation/negative on lights and sirens.
