Gray car almost hit two cars and can’t maintain speed. Officer went traffic with gray Ford Focus/clear/she stated she couldn’t see well.

Caller advised he can hear a female yelling and a male as well. Officer had contact advising will be clear/all verbal/female took the children/male will sleep in a different room.
