Caller advised a lot of yelling and noise coming from this address. Deputy out with male sitting outside.

Accident-injuries
Highway 180 – MM 110 (Truck Bypass junction)
Off roadway/two vehicles/white Camry and brown Dodge 1500/leak from the rear of the Camry/no injuries.

Disturbance
Cygnet Road
Male is throwing rocks at his car and yelling at him/unknown who male is. Male is asking to not call LE/male is a neighbor.

Kidnapping
Cottage San Road and Bandoni Drive
No report.

Welfare check
Kirkland Road and Flury Lane
A male was chasing a female around a black SUV/possibly arguing. Deputies had contact advising female was dropped off at an address on Acorn/the SUV took off toward Santa Clara.

Saturday, July 28

Suspicious vehicle
Runyan Construction – Ridge Road
Deputy had contact advising male and son crossing gate waiting for an employee.

Suicide threat
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
No report.

Harassment
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a named female keeps passing by his property and texting him that he has to stop trying to kill her. Caller advised he’s sitting on his property minding his own business and has no idea what she’s talking about. Deputies spoke to both parties.

Domestic disturbance
Escobedo Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her daughter was dropped off by her boyfriend and she was beaten up/he left in a maroon S10 pickup. Caller called back advising the boyfriend just called advising he was on his way over there with a gun.

Sunday, July 29

Suspicious vehicle
Bill Evans Road – 12:04 a.m.
Caller advised subjects in a pickup are shooting from the roadway/he can see their headlights and hear the shots. Deputy out with an individual at the end of Bird Sanctuary Road.

Welfare check
Kirkland Road and Escobedo Lane – Arenas Valley
Deputy advised everything is okay the male was taking a nap and will be going home.

Suspicious vehicle
2 Kirkland Road
Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/he knows someone in the area and is just waiting for it to get light so he can find the residence.

Game and Fish
Sunset Trail
Mountain lion in the arroyo going west. NMSP was notified for Game and Fish.

Burglary
Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller advised someone broke into his garage and stole his weed whacker.

Fight
Bataan Memorial Park
Caller advised a female is down/she is breathing. Caller advised there are two males and two females. Caller advised to get units there fast as it is getting bad.

Fight
Truck Bypass
Caller can hear yelling and fighting. Deputies out with two subjects/both clear of warrants.

Domestic disturbance
Grandview Drive
Caller advised her husband is abusing her/he tried to set her leg on fire and has been smoking all day. Caller advised she does not need an ambulance but is very scared/advised unknown what is going on.

Suspicious vehicle
Truck Bypass
Deputy had contact advising driver is just waiting for some friends/also had contact with caller/everything is okay.
