Just evicted some subjects and believe they have broken back into the trailer last night. Caller wants them issued CTWs.

11820 Highway 180
Caller stated that a female in a black Kia or Toyota was hitting the child in the face in the back of the vehicle/vehicle left about two minutes ago.

Breaking and entering
Grand Mesa Drive
Advised that someone broke into her residence.

Stalking
Silver City
Caller advised she needs an emergency DVO against her ex who was just following her. Officer had contact with caller.

Saturday, Aug. 11

Welfare check
Ridge Road and Bonita Avenue
Gold GMC pickup with hazards on. Deputy advised en route to Tabor Avenue with male and female/they got a flat tire and do not have tools to fix it/will get it tomorrow.

Game and Fish
Highway 356 – Vanadium
Dead deer in middle of the road.

Welfare check
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised the neighbors do not have electricity and kids are in the house. Deputy had contact advising no one is answering the door but utility pole does show they have power.

Assault
Rio de Arenas Road – 3:25 p.m.
Male had a gun on caller/male is driving around the trailer park.

Caller from Belen Dispatch advised an 11-year-old male was taken by his father from Belen/advised mother advised negative on a custody plan. Deputy had negative contact/will call Belen.

Caller stated her water house was broken into. Deputy on scene.

Sunday, Aug. 12

Weapons fired
Yucca Valley Drive
Heard one gunshot and an SUV was seen leaving the area. Deputy advised all units clear/negative contact/did patrol the area.

Larceny
McMillan Road – Mangas Valley
Caller advised that a few things are missing from her home. Deputy on scene.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 61 – Faywood
Someone rammed their vehicle through their gate at Faywood Hotsprings and damaged it.

Welfare check
Spear Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised he just got off the phone with his sister who had slurred speech and caller’s 12-year-old granddaughter is with her. Caller wants only an officer to go not an ambulance. Deputy requested ambulance for a 69-year-old female who is dizzy and disoriented and feels like she is going to lose consciousness. EMS1 clear with signed refusal.

Criminal sexual penetration
Cliff
Caller’s 16-year-old daughter was at a party on Friday night and just informed caller that she was raped. Advised she has already washed the clothes she was wearing that night. Deputy had contact advising units en route to La Clinica.

S. Bear Creek Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised he has been trying for 45 minutes to get a hold of a 76-year-old male who has advanced Parkinson’s. Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/caller will be getting a call.

Domestic disturbance
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a named female is arguing with an elderly male and she is throwing things around outside/the male is walking on the highway. Deputy had contact advising it was an argument between the daughter-in-law and the father-in-law/everything is okay/units will be clear.

Stolen motor vehicle
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that his 1993 gray and silver Ford F150 was stolen, possibly this morning.
