Caller advised she could hear a baby crying and she is surrounded by 50 pedophiles/she can’t tell if the baby is under her house or somewhere else.

Mine security advised the vehicle went home 20 minutes ago.

Caller advised she is supposed to meet friends here and nobody else showed and she is there with a much older man and does not feel comfortable there alone with him/unknown his name. Advised she does not know the area very well and does not want to leave walking by herself.

Caller advised her neighbor is causing problems because they are playing music/the music is not loud/everything is verbal at this time. Deputy had contact advising they tried to come to a compromise about the music/units will be clear.

Caller from North Carolina stated that a male texted her and told her he was going to “shoot his brains out.” Deputy advised in Gomez Peak area attempting to make contact.

A named male was in the ER last week re: suicidal ideations and did not go to scheduled follow-up/cannot get hold of him on the phone. Deputy attempted contact advising everything appears to be secure/no one is answering door.

Suspicious vehicle
Camino Tolteca
Caller advised a male is going around selling children’s books/when she asked for proper ID he could not provide any info. Deputy had contact with male at Malachite/Chalcopyrite (Tyrone).

Delk Drive
Caller has reason to believe her sister was beat up/advised she is black and blue. Deputy found open door/everything is okay/negative contact with anyone in the home.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Deputy had contact advising subject was not listening to loud music/was arguing over the phone/he is alone in the home/did advise him to keep it down.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

Breaking and entering
La Tienda store
Caller advised when he went to work this morning the lock was broken off and the building was broken into. Deputy out with male on Hwy 35 – MM 6, who has a bag with him/”I am going to see what he has inside.”

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised it is really faint music. Deputy had contact advising of noise ordinance at 10:00 p.m./clear/no report.

Harassment
N. Swan Street
Caller advised she wants to file a restraining order against her ex. Deputy gave her instructions.

Santa Rita Mine
Caller advised a white bicycle is on the side of the road and is concerned a child may be missing. Deputy had negative contact with any child/however one of the neighbors advised it was a broken down bike and they will remove it when the rain stops.

Caller advised she is trying to get her dog from a male who is drunk.

Harassment
Old Mimbres Café
Advised that a named individual is yelling at someone. Deputy issued two named individuals indefinite CTWs for a Mimbres Yucca Drive address.

Highway 35 -- MM 3
Male called advising he needed assistance then disconnected the line. Deputy advised one male in unit en route to La Tienda to meet with male’s parents.

Criminal trespass warning
Mule Shoe Road – Santa Rita
Deputies had contact advising that a named individual was issued an indefinite CTW for two Mule Shoe Drive addresses.

Suspicious vehicle
Pheasant Drive
Deputy went traffic with vehicle on Ridge Road @ Hamilton Construction.
