Caller advised that their 13-year-old niece is making threats toward them and causing problems/believes she is on narcotics. Officers out where niece ran to/units clear.

17-year-old child who wants to leave with her father/caller is nothing to the child. Can hear a female in the background advising caller is drunk. Caller advised the daughter wants to go with her father.

Caller advised smoke is coming from where an elderly lady lives. Home owner’s daughter called advising that everyone is out of the residence. Santa Clara Fire Department paged Bayard Police Department. Gas Company advised. Fire Marshal advised.

N. Bayard Street
Caller advised that a male wearing a white mask outside his window pulled a gun.
