Caller advised she wants the father of her kids out of the house/he just punched her wall/nothing was physical with her/he was drinking last night/the kids should be asleep.

Male and female arguing outside/all verbal at this time/nothing physical/walking toward post office.

Two males. Officer had contact advising male is waiting for the bus and got into a fight with an unknown male and is being very . . .

Received call about a male lying by the library/he was advised to leave.

Caller’s 60-year-old son left two days ago and was very intoxicated/he has medical problems.

Officer advised male was sitting outside/negative contact with any loud music.

Disturbance
W. Lincoln Street
Caller advised that their 13-year-old niece is making threats toward them and causing problems/believes she is on narcotics. Officers out where niece ran to/units clear.

Verbal domestic between her parents.

N. Prescott Street
17-year-old child who wants to leave with her father/caller is nothing to the child. Can hear a female in the background advising caller is drunk. Caller advised the daughter wants to go with her father.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

Arson
N. Cleveland Street
Caller advised smoke is coming from where an elderly lady lives. Home owner’s daughter called advising that everyone is out of the residence. Santa Clara Fire Department paged Bayard Police Department. Gas Company advised. Fire Marshal advised.

Thursday, Sep. 6

Welfare check
N. Bayard Street
Caller advised that a male wearing a white mask outside his window pulled a gun.
