 Narrative: For the week, beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 08:00 am and ending Monday September 10, 2018 at 8:00 am Officers of the Silver City Police Department responded to 209 calls for service, had 337 self-initiated activity, and made 28 arrest. Of those arrests, 3 were for possession of narcotics, 3 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and one for DWI.

Included in the above calls for service are 6 alarms, 1 burglary, 2 fights, 6 domestic disturbances, 2 accidents w/property damage, 3 larceny, 2 aggravated battery, 1 intoxicated person, 2 criminal damage to property, 1 stolen motor vehicle, 1 criminal trespass, 6 agency assists, 2 loud music, 3 traffic complaints, 1 indecent exposure, 1 suicide, 1 runaway, 8 utility complaints, 1 assault, 2 battery, 3 narcotics violations, 9 suspicious vehicles, 2 weapons fired, 3 fraud/embezzlement, 2 disturbance, 5 shoplifting, 2 game and fish, 1 parking violation, 3 abandoned 911, 9 harassment, 28 welfare checks, 15 animal, 1 civil stand by, 4 informational complaints, 1 liquor law violation, 2 reckless drivers, 5 motorist/citizen assists, 2 injuring/tampering with motor vehicle, 6 unwanted subjects, 9 suspicious persons, 8 code enforcement, 1 smoke, 1 civil matter, 18 requests for public service, 2 criminal trespass warnings, 11 suspicious activity, 10 citizen assists, 6 child exchanges, 1 unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon, 1 private property accident, 1 noise
