Monday, Sept. 14

Domestic disturbance
Thompson Way
Caller advised that her daughter and the boyfriend are causing problems and he is refusing to leave. Deputy advised parties are separating at this time.

2743 Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Female carrying alcohol possibly drunk/she was on his property and is walking north at this time. Deputy has contact with female/negative warrants/en route to Elk Crossing Café/out at Elk Crossing Café.

The animal control officer stated that he had to deal with a named male on Bypass Road about his dogs running at large and the male told him not to come back to his property without an officer. The ACO asked if that was a threat and the male stated/ “No, it’s a promise.” The ACO was advised by GCSD the next time he has to deal with the male to just bring an officer with him.

Caller advised she was supposed to have a visit with her kids at 4 p.m. and they were not there. Deputy had negative contact at the house/no one is home.

Caller hasn’t heard from the 80-year-old since Sunday night. Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/will be clear.

Caller advised there is no electricity or running water in the house where two named individuals live. Deputy out with caller/caller pointed out the address/deputies out at address/clear.

Caller advised her sister’s purse is missing. Deputy ATL in the area.

Deputy had contact advising music turned down upon request.

Saturday, Sept. 15

Criminal damage to property
12 Sage Drive – Upper Mimbres
Mimbres Museum caller will wait for deputy.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Gold Rush Road – Santa Rita
Caller advised that her husband beat up her truck and ran her off the property and her puppy is stranded on the property. Deputy advised one in investigative detention/was released and left the property.

Accident-property damage
Cottage San and Bear Mountain roads
Female advised of a quad involved in an accident then the line went dead. Dispatch called back with no answer. Deputy had negative contact.

Game and Fish
Little Walnut and Cleveland Mine roads
Found a dead deer. Game and Fish dispatch was notified/clear.

Fort Bayard
Caller advised the driver of a blue vehicle parked crooked is passed out/caller did not stop to check. Second caller advised there are two children, 1 and 5-years-old, in the car.

Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Deputy had contact advising music was turned down.

Burglary
S. Bear Creek Road – Pinos Altos
Caller advised he just got home and his house is wrecked/he found a trap ‘that hit someone.’ Deputy advised there are multiple packages out front and it appears nobody has been here for a while. Dispatch called caller and he is very hard to understand/advised he is upstairs and cannot go downstairs to open the door for deputies and then disconnected the line/upon callback he did not answer. Deputies are in the house.

Sunday, Sept. 16

Domestic disturbance
Aztec Street – Hurley – 2:50 a.m.
Female screaming that her boyfriend won’t let her leave/disconnected the line. Deputy had contact advising all units will be clear. Officer advised the female left in the car.

Suspicious vehicle
Diaz Avenue and E Street – 4:04 a.m.
Deputy advised a female is in a car/female from domestic on Aztec/she is okay/just cooling off.

Caller wants a named individual issued a CTW. CTW issued at GCDC.
