Caller can hear two females yelling at each other.

Two kids in the office who were involved in a fight earlier.

Burglary
W. 8th Street
Caller was just informed by a neighbor that his home was broken into and a window is broken. Caller advised he will not be back until Oct. 7. Officers had negative contact with homeowner.

Fight
Silver High School
Three females involved/all 3 in the office/no medical attention needed. One female stated that one female posted a picture of another on social media and said she was ugly.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Have a male juvenile in the front office. Officer advised male was released on a CTA.

Harassment
W. 6th Street
Caller advised that a named male in a silver Toyota has been following her around and stalking her.

Criminal trespass
909 N. Hudson Street
Caller wants a CTW issued to the owner as the driver just went into the cannabis store/while on the phone the driver left.

Welfare check

Need officer to check on a 15-year-old female for a black eye. Officer had negative contact.


Accident-injuries
N. Swan and 22nd streets
Dually and car/dually left toward CVS. Per EMS2 need officer at Swan and 21st in reference to transporting patient and vehicle will be unattended.

2005 E. Highway 180
Caller saw a male in a gray older model car hit a female/has contact with female who dispatch can hear crying. Caller advised female did go back with male/vehicle, a gray Toyota Corolla, is still in the parking lot.

206 N. Hudson Street
Male causing problems with cashier. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/male is leaving/clear.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Domestic disturbance
N. Bennett Street
Caller advised that her intoxicated son is trying to fight with his girlfriend/they are in the daughter’s room. Officer advised that there is valid protection and a named female is the protected party/units clear.

Accident-property damage
2289 Superior
Caller in a white Buick just hit a deer/deer is in roadway/someone moved the deer off the roadway. Deputy putting the deer down.

19-year-old grandson with mental health issues is causing problems. Caller called back advising grandson is armed with a knife and has cut his hand. Deputy had contact advising he will be transported for mental evaluation.

A homeless female was starting an issue with a homeless male/she is now headed south. Officer out at old theater with female who is intoxicated/out with a named male who advised he will get her out of here.

N. Silver and E. Pine streets
Caller advised two suspicious males were near the intersection and they just didn’t look right/caller didn’t get a good vibe from them as one stared at caller as he drove by. Officer had negative contact.

Male slumped over the wheel. Officer had contact advising back en route to Kentucky.

W. 10th and Grant streets
Officer had contact/they will turn it down/clear.

Sunday, Sept. 23

N. Swan and 17th Street
Green Nissan with front end damage and hazards on/also noticed a wall damaged on Swan and 22nd or 23rd. Officer on scene advising wrecker on scene.

Criminal damage to property
182 Truck Bypass
Front door has a broken window. Officer had contact advising it was pre-existing damage.

Domestic disturbance
1060 E. Highway 180
Male yelling at a female/a small boy with them was crying/on foot. They are walking toward Quality Inn and female is telling male to leave her alone. Officer had contact advising male has warrant out of Catron County

1040 E. Highway 180
A named female has been told multiple times to turn her TV down. After the 3rd time the guest is to be kicked out due to their policy/requesting an officer to assist in getting her out. Officer had contact advising they are giving her one hour to get out

Caller from CYFD advised they got a call about black mold all over the house where a baby that is only a few week old is/also dogs in the house, bathroom is dirty, and there is a bad smell in the house. Officer had contact with a female and the infant advising infant was sleeping and she seemed to be healthy/the house did smell strongly of dog urine but was relatively clean considering the run down condition of the home.
