Caller advised that a 17-year-old named female student has not been to school since Aug. 30/16-year-old boyfriend is now living with her and he also hasn’t been to school. Female moved out of mother’s house and boyfriend moved out of his grandmother’s house.

Stolen weed eater.

Criminal trespass
Highway 180 – MM 133-134 (2-3 miles east of Grant County Airport Road)
Deputy advised parking unit and going with mine security/CTWs issued to both subjects for all Chino Mine Properties.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Deputy had contact with a named individual who will turn it down.

Harassment
Partridge Drive
Caller advised that the same little boy tripped her son again and continues to bully him/this happened at the bus stop.

Suspicious vehicle
Elias Road -- Arenas Valley
Caller called back advising he spoke with the vehicle’s owner who advised he was just walking his dog and will not park on his property anymore/everything is okay/units were cancelled.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Unwanted subject
Geronimo Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that a named male is causing problems.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – tracks by Hurley
Caller advised that a lady in pajamas is walking south and appears to be disoriented. Deputy out with female who is walking to Las Cruces/taking female to rest area.

Missing persons
Greenwood Road – Mangas Valley – 5:40 p.m.
A named 79-year-old female with Alzheimer’s has been gone since noon/she has two dogs with her.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Deputy spoke with homeowner and advised her to turn the music off/she advised that she already did and will keep it down.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 90 (1 mile east of Highway 221 junction) – 6:20 p.m.
Caller advised that a female with a dog is walking/might be the missing person from Mangas Valley. Deputies had contact advising the female does not want to go with the deputies/female caller is en route to get the female/female was returned to her family.

Sunday, Sept. 23

Welfare check
Railroad Drive
Caller advised his girlfriend is threatening to kill herself/she was going to take a bunch of pills/there is an 11-year-old and a 15-year-old with her. Deputy had contact advising they were having an argument/she is okay.

Loud party
Johnson Road and Ponderosa Street – 12:45 a.m.
Deputy advised will be standing by while everyone clears out of the party/there are a lot of people.

Suspicious vehicle
Johnson Road and Ponderosa Street – 8:23 a.m.
Unoccupied vehicle. Deputy requested wrecker.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bayard Street – Santa Clara
Caller wants his girlfriend removed from the house/she is under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Deputies had contact advising caller of the route he needs to go to get her removed.

Criminal trespass warning
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male is in the trailer and he has a CTW. Deputy advised we don’t have a CTW showing. Caller advised she would like him issued one. Deputies issued the male an indefinite CTW for the trailer park.

Deputies and Bayard PD have negative contact.

Burglary
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised her back door has been kicked and broken/she hasn’t looked to see if anything was taken.

Suspicious vehicle
Racetrack Road and Camino Verde
Deputy did find the owner of the vehicle/she is at the end.

Vehicle burglary
Cliff Fairgrounds
Caller advised that someone broke into her silver Jeep Liberty and stole some of her medication and her legal marijuana pin.
