Man lying on the side of the road. Officer had contact with the 76-year-old male bleeding from the nose/requested EMS2/patient refused.

Harassment
N. East Street
Caller advised that a named male has been stopping by her residence and harassing her over text. Officer advised clear/negative contact with caller.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male in his early 20s is putting things in his pockets. Officer had contact advising all items were put back/male was issued a CTW for all W&N Enterprises.

Sunday, Sept. 23

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
N. Railroad Street
Caller advised someone kicked his vehicle two days ago.

Disturbance
Lusk Street
Male with a bat fighting another male. Officer ATL but had negative contact/female advised they weren’t fighting just irate.

Welfare check
N. Yucca Street
Caller advised they are home alone and someone is knocking on the door. Caller is 17-years-old with smaller kids in the home. Officer advised will be clear/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Aztec Avenue – 12:35 p.m.
A named male is threatening to get physical with caller while she is visiting her daughter. Caller advised she stepped out to not provoke him. Officer had contact advising the male did not want the mother-in-law there but was advised he could not throw her out.

Hurley Cemetery/Highway 180
Elderly female walking barefoot toward Deming. Officer had contact advising that the female was dropped off at the post office.

Domestic disturbance
Cottonwood Street
Son is causing problems and punched a hole in the wall.

Aztec Avenue – 7:50 p.m.
Caller advised that his parents are arguing/it’s verbal at this time/it has gotten physical in the past. Officer advised husband left prior to arrival/units ATL him.

Domestic disturbance
Aztec Avenue – 9:03 p.m.
Caller advised the dad is back at the house. Officer advised the male left on foot prior to arrival.

Domestic disturbance
Elguea Avenue
Caller advised she can hear her neighbors yelling and arguing outside/she is afraid of them/unknown who they are. Officer had contact advising it was a verbal argument/everything is okay/units will be clear.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 128 – (1 mile toward Deming from Hurley)
There is a female running out in front of vehicles and waving her arms at traffic. Officer had contact advising to send EMS in reference to this female contemplating . . .

Caller advised a white car is outside and believes it is someone he has had trouble with. Officer advised will do heavy patrol today and will brief the oncoming.

Highway 180 @ Caddel Crossing
Older male walking in the middle of the road. Officers will be taking him to the senior citizens’ center in Santa Clara as that is where he said he was heading/59-year-old male is disoriented/cancel call for ambulance.

Storage shed was broken into. Air compressor and other items.

Officer had contact advising that the homeowner was advised to turn it down and if they get called back after 10 p.m., she would be cited.
