Stolen motor vehicle

Caller advised that his gray primered Ford Ranger was stolen by a named individual about three hours ago. Caller advised he was notified by his friend who did not see the individual take the vehicle.

Suspicious vehicle
11600 E. Highway 180
Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/just putting up a sign for the fish fry from the church.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 @ Terrazas
Deputy had contact advising following the vehicle since Arenas Valley/negative on speeding or driving recklessly.

Unwanted subject
Bornite Court
Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend keeps going to her residence and asking to get back with her. Caller hung up after she was told to call non-emergency number. Deputy had negative contact at residence/no one answered the door.

Criminal trespass warning
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male is in the parking lot and he has a CTW/he is in a blue vehicle. TAC 14 (NMSP officer) had contact.

Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
Caller stated her daughter is in her mother’s home and refusing to leave.

Welfare check
Highway 61 – Faywood
A 56-year-old male sent an email to VA yesterday afternoon upset about services he is receiving and threatening suicide. Per prior calls the male no longer lives at this address. Caller will call back if she can locate a better address.

Weapons fired
Casas Adobes – 8 p.m.
Deputy also heard one shot/advised he is going to ATL in the San Lorenzo area/saw what looked like a flashlight turn off at the San Lorenzo Cemetery/will be out of unit. Deputies had negative contact with anyone in the area.

Reckless driver
Silver Heights Blvd @CVS
Black Chrysler 300 already wrecked into a sign on Hudson. Officer went traffic with vehicle by EZ Pawn/the vehicle hit the pedestrian crossing sign by the post office/advising in front of the post office checking out the signs.

Suspicious vehicle
S. Highway 90 and E. Daniel Street
Deputy advised the vehicle was following her. Deputy advised clear/female advised she was “keeping up with traffic.” Another deputy responded to a traffic stop involving a vehicle that was following the first deputy’s unit who could not shake them.

Caller was a small child stating his mother and her boyfriend were fighting and he didn’t want her to know he was calling. LE made contact with a named individual advising that everything was okay.

Caller advised some logs were taken from his yard last week.

Harassment
Chalcocite Street – Tyrone
Caller is receiving harassing texts from his ex-father-in-law regarding a restraining order that is no longer valid. Deputy spoke with caller who stated his ex-wife called and wanted to see their son and then her father texted caller saying you’re not going to let the daughter see her son. Then he said, “Just remember you have a RO against you, your job is on the line you want to be an asshole we can play that game.”

Small deer lying in the roadway. Deputy had contact advising deer out of the road/clear.

Sunday, Oct. 7

Fight
Grandmesa Drive
Caller advised that a loud party is going on at the residence above her and now they are fighting in the street. Deputy had contact with homeowner advising everything is okay/about 9 people got on the Corre Caminos bus/units clear.

Deputy advised everything is okay/they will turn it down and keep . . .

Suspicious vehicle
Airport Road
Road to the left with a camp. Spoke to a Mexican national who does have a work permit.

Welfare check
Western Drive
Have a lot of yelling on the phone/male bleeding. Caller advised unknown what happened/he does not know where the subject is bleeding nor why he is bleeding. Female crying in the background. Can hear male telling subject to “Breathe, Dude.” Caller advised “You almost died on us.” R1 staging at Western/Highway 180. Deputy advised clear/male was seen by EMS and refused further treatment.
