87-year-old pendant push/unknown if she needs an ambulance. Officer had contact/advising she is okay/clear.

Shoplifting
101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised a male and a female just shoplifted unknown items and left the store walking up Rosemary Street. Officer advised negative contact/out at Family Dollar.

Shooting
Lusk Street
Caller advised that a male showed up to her residence and he’s shot/she heard 3 shots. Caller advised he is leaving at this time. Second caller advised male is now at a Lusk Street address. Officer advised contact has been made with male.

Intoxicated persons
Benjamin Street
Female leaving for Hurley in a dark green Ford Explorer/female was drinking with him and then she left his house. Officer went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery).

Caller stated that someone is breaking into her neighbor’s house from the back/it is a male on foot.

A male walking toward Hurley is all wet. Officer had contact advising male did not want a ride/he just wanted to keep walking home.

Caller advised she can hear a male yelling for help. Officer out with the male in a wheelchair/units will be clear/male was put back in his wheelchair/everything is okay.

Caller stated someone poured paint all over her property/when asked to call back on the non-emergency number caller hung up.

Two vehicles/no apparent injuries. Officer en route.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Welfare check
N. James Street
Caller stated there was a disturbance at his residence and a named individual was arguing with caller and jumped on his vehicle. Advised that his 1 and one-half year-old daughter was left with her mother and he is just concerned because a named individual is controlling. Officer had negative contact.
