The 2018 Toys for Tots campaign is underway, and you can help bring a little Christmas to the needy children of Grant County. The Marine Corps Reserves, Marine Corps League Gaffney-Oglesby Detachment 1328, National Toys for Tots Foundation, and many area agencies and organizations are working together to reach the most needy youth in our community and are asking for your help again this year to get it done.

This year marks the seventy-first year that more than 800 Marine Corps Reserves centers and Local Community Organizations like ours have collected and distributed toys across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US Territories. Last year, over 17,000,000 toys were given to almost 7,000,000 children. Because of your generosity, over 1,700 children in Grant County were able to receive brand new toys at Christmas last year.

Toys for Tots remains one of the most recognizable and sound charities with a guaranteed $0.97 of every dollar donated going directly toward toys which are passed along to the children. And, all donations remain in Grant County. Every toy placed in one of the many official Toys for Tots boxes placed around the county, and every monetary gift are kept in our county for our children.

We are asking everyone in Grant County to help a child this Christmas by leaving a new, unwrapped toy for a child ages birth through seventeen in one of the official white Toys for Tots boxes with the trademarked red train throughout Grant County before November 29. You can also call (575) 313-9369 for more information or visit here for more details on corporate sponsors, the Toys for Tots mission, and how to donate online.

Thank you for bringing a little Christmas to our children!
