Caller advised that there is a DVO against a named female and she went to his residence and took his . . . Officer had contact advising twins walked to grandmother’s on their own/everything is okay.

Someone honked at her in reference to verbal domestic.

Wednesday, Oct. 24

Unwanted subject
Alta Vista Drive
Bayard Dispatch advised a named individual was attempting to go to the residence/does have an active CTW/officer’s unit will not make it up the road but will stand by. Deputy advised will be giving subject a ride to McDonald’s/dropped off at the corner of Ranch Club and Silver Heights.

A named female is there harassing him/he let her inside/he has a restraining order on her/she is threatening him. Caller was very uncooperative and disconnected the line.

Thursday, Oct. 25

Disturbance
Magistrate Court – 10:17 a.m.
Defendant causing problems. Officer in foot pursuit with subject headed toward Bayard PD from magistrate court/he is very irate and cussing/subject now by Bayard Elementary. Officers advised when they got on scene subject was outside of the court house banging on his chest, cussing, and calling the officers out.

A named male is at Subdivision 2 and would like to turn himself in. Officer had contact advising subject is with Judge Grijalva and his parents.

Male said can I get . . . . . and then started to argue with someone and there was a baby crying and line was disconnected. Officer advised no one is answering the door/out with an individual who advised everything is okay, female left.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

Welfare check
Caller advised that her 43-year-old friend says she wants to die/she is lying in bed right now. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
C Street
Caller advised that his daughter lives with her boyfriend who pushed his younger, 16-year-old daughter. Caller advised if LE doesn’t respond he will go over and kick his ass/boyfriend lives on B Street. Officer advised will be en route to B Street to speak with the partner/units will be out at a B Street address.
