Caller advised a named individual was harassing her at her home last night about 10 p.m. banging on doors and windows/also harassing texts.

Subject is on campus at this time and has an indefinite CTW issued Nov. 11, 2017. Officer has contact with individual on Bard at this time.

Student that hasn’t been picked up from school yet. Officer had contact with juvie’s grandmother/one juvie in unit en route to Runnels Street apartments.

North Street – 8:52 a.m.
Occurred this morning at address/caller is at City Hall.

North Street – 12 noon
Attempting to issue (redacted) a CTW/standing by so he can pick up stuff.

Two females that keep going into the store asking for money to buy groceries. Officer has contact advising out with (redacted)/en route to Food Basket with one of the two women.

Caller advised that an 85-year-old female needs to be evaluated in the ER ASAP/last seen on Nov. 28 and blood results just came in and caller has been trying to reach her but line is disconnected. Caller advised the female is living with drug addicts and she isn’t making good financial choices.

Broken window facing back alley. Per officer Hurley Code Enforcement will contact homeowner.

Caller stated the animal control officer from Hurley is harassing her.

Caller advised someone had tried to break into his home/advised HPD this address had been visited by HPD earlier in the day. Officer advised will check out the area.

Came home to big hole in kitchen window.

Caller advised that her 9-year-old son is destroying her mom’s house/he is upset because he doesn’t want to go to school/caller is en route from Silver. Officer advised clear.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

Battery
11988 Highway 180
Caller advised a named male just assaulted him. He tried to take his eyes out. He said he is hurt but doesn’t want an ambulance/one eye is blurry. Officer en route with caller back to Dollar General.

Thursday, Dec. 6

Disturbance
11988 Highway 180
Two females were arguing in the store and they are still at the store. Advised one female is in the store and is afraid to walk outside because the other is outside.
