Caller advised her brother and mother are fighting/it’s verbal at this time/he is yelling and she is afraid he is going to hit her. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/parties will be separated for the night.

Caller advised he just got to work and noticed someone broke into the restaurant/the bars are pulled off the back door.

Harassment

Caller advised that an unknown subject keeps calling him and he doesn’t know who the subject is.

Domestic disturbance

Advised that her son dragged her daughter–in-law and she is leaking blood/he grabbed her by the hair and drug her down the stairs/she is trying to take the female to the hospital/she is 8-months pregnant. Patient refusal/EMS leaving. Officer advised clear from scene/en route for DVO.

A named male was yelling and threatening her/he is gone now.

The named female apartment while he asks his nephew to leave the residence…. (sic)

Unattended death
21st Street
93-year-old female not responding at all/she passed away/ she is still warm to the touch/has her oxygen on but her chest is not rising at all. Per OMI/will be responding.

S. Arizona Street – 5:40 p.m.
Neighbors were verbally harassing her earlier. Officer advised did try giving her a call and cannot accept incoming calls.

Caller advised a male is harassing the clerk. Male left prior to arrival/units clear.

Pine and N. Swan streets
Officer had contact advising owner’s son ran out of gas/will get gas and move the vehicle.

Officer had contact with caller who stated her female neighbor was harassing her. Officer spoke with the neighbor with whom caller said the harassing female was staying, and that neighbor did not know the female who caller said was harassing her, and believes caller is imagining things.

Officer had contact advising that subjects were advised to turn it down/units clear.

Saturday, Dec. 8

Officer had contact advising that a named female was advised to turn it down.

Female advised there was a fire at El Refugio/line was disconnected. Officer advised everything appears to be okay/will be clear.

Disturbance
E. Alice Street
Caller advised she can hear a lot of yelling and screaming/does not know who it is. Officer advised units out at an E. Richard Street address/had contact with a named female/units clear.

N. Gold and E. 10th streets
Caller advised a white car hit a pole and is parked on the side of the road. Officer requested wrecker, which took the vehicle to their tow yard at owner’s request, for the owner to pick up.

A propane tank was taken yesterday/video is ready.

Caller requests a CTW for a named male for Super Snappy and a Leslie Road address.

Caller stated the windows to his sister’s vehicle were broken out.

A named male was on the property about 15 minutes ago. Subject left prior to arrival.

A possibly intoxicated female is attempting to leave bowling alley and staff is attempting to keep her from leaving.

Landlord was just outside screaming and taking pictures of caller’s children. Officer advised the dispute between the two is an ongoing problem. Both parties claim the other is videotaping or photographing them. Officer had contact with both parties and advised them to be careful in how they photograph each other, in that it could become illegal.

Adult male in sporting goods. Officer had contact advising one male in investigative detention/male released on a CTA.

Larceny

A named male reported that in the last four or five days this Ruger P89 or P85 9mm handgun was either stolen or misplaced from his pickup. Male was unable to provide a serial number/there was no sign of forced entry to his vehicle.

Caller advised that his 17-year-old son is supposed to be home and no one else is supposed to be there. Officer had contact advising clear/caller is requesting a frequent patrol throughout the night/he is expecting his son to have a party.

Caller advised there are juveniles inside the store that are destroying property/they just broke one lamp/they are with caller at this time/there are six juveniles with caller in his office/parents are en route.

Sunday, Dec. 9

Unwanted subject

Caller advising a named male was just at his residence knocking on the doors and windows/he told him to leave and he wasn’t/he is now gone. Officer set up frequent patrol for the rest of the weekend.

Criminal damage to property
N. Arizona Street
Caller believes someone tried to pry his door open but believes entry was not made. Officer on scene.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
N. Silver Street
Mirror on his vehicle smashed.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A 15-year-old male was caught/he did try running/they have him in the front by the Red Box/not causing problems. Officer had contact advising juvi was released to his parents.

Game and Fish
Valley Vista – 6:02 p.m.
Caller advised she saw a mountain lion in front of an apartment/she put her lights on it and the cat took off toward the ditch. Officer advised will be in the ditch behind the high school.

Caller advised he can hear a lot of noise and it sounds like someone is breaking into a house.

Caller advised they think a female put something into her jacket. Officer had contact at Dollar Tree/clear/negative on a shoplifting.

Caller advised someone smashed in her gray 2011 Toyota car window.

Officer has one female in the vehicle/negative wants.
