Bayard Police department

Domestic disturbance
Watson Street
A named male is out of control and throwing things at caller/he is upset because caller told him to get out of the house/he is yelling at caller. He is yelling and cursing in the background. Second caller advised a named male is going ballistic/he is screaming he is going to murder everyone/he is not taking his medication right now. Officer had contact advising upset over a video game/did get the male to calm . . .

Weapons fired
Central/Coffee
Kid in a backwards blue hat shooting a bow/he is walking around the area. Officer had contact with person on Stewart Street near the arroyo behind the low-income apartment/clear/they talked to him/everything is okay.

Breaking and entering
N. Canyon Street
Caller advised her 15-year-old child just got home and advised someone may be inside their home. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/units clear.

Welfare check
Dayhill Street
Caller advised she last spoke to a named individual about 6 p.m./they are going through a divorce and trying to work things out/advised that he and his wife talk in ‘codes; and she has not responded to his ‘code.’ Caller advised that she is at her mother’s and the mother will not give him any information.

Caller advised she has information that a named individual is going to her residence to shoot her house.

Possible battery being stolen off a vehicle that is under a canopy/young male with a backpack. Officer ATL 30ish male with a beard and gray hoodie.

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male is harassing customers. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/he got a ride with a cousin.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

Welfare check
Peru Street
Caller from PTSD crisis line advised that a named male took a bottle of pills and is still on the phone with crisis hotline/he is a combat veteran and has called hotline before/advised he is running out of time.

Criminal trespass
Bayard Library
Needs a CTW issued to a named female who was just there causing problems.

N. Railroad Street
Caller advised her kids are with a named male and was told the male does not have electricity and is not allowed to have the kids/the documents he has are forged. Deputy advised clear/did speak with caller.

Battery
Maple Street
Caller advised that a named individual hit him and is still on his property. Dispatch advised caller still has the line open but will not respond. Caller disconnected the line. Officer had contact advising clear/subjects were involved in an altercation but do not want to press charges and did not want any medical attention/everything is okay.

Caller advised she is in a bad place and feels like she wants to hurt herself/she wants her dog to go to her neighbor. Advised she has drank a lot of alcohol – a fifth of vodka. Advised she has thoughts of suicide. Advised she is 58-years-old and suffers from PTSD from sexual abuse.

Caller advised that someone is causing problems and caller wants her out of the house. Officer had contact and issued an indefinite CTW for the address/female left upon request.
