A customer walked out with over $250 worth of merchandise this morning.

Caller advised the neighbors are at her residence causing problems/a male went into the residence and came back out with a weapon/she did get her boyfriend back inside.

81-year-old female is not answering her door or cell phone. Officers had contact advising all units clear.

Harassment
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Walk-in advised harassment all started at the Flame.

E. 14th Street
Caller advised the neighbors just got home and one male is lying on the ground. Officer requested ambulance for a 65-year-old male who appears to be highly intoxicated/non-emergency. EMS1 advised signed refusal.

Caller advised she can hear a fight coming from an apartment/subjects just left in a white car. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/negative on a domestic.

Officer out with a named male who ran out of gas/advised he has someone on the way with gas.

Caller advised her husband is fighting with her family. Can hear the husband in the background yelling and cussing. Caller advised he is drunk. Other caller on the phone advised that his brother-in-law hit him and put his hands on stepbrother’s mother and stepbrother was head-butted and is bleeding from the nose.

A named male, who is the ex-boyfriend of caller’s sister-in-law, has been driving by his house slowly.

Officer had contact with a named female who is an employee.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 152 – MM 21
Tail light broken while he was parked near the forest. Deputy en route to address.

Domestic disturbance
North Loop
Caller advised her brother is drunk and hitting her/she is 16-years-old/it is physical. Can hear a lot of yelling in the background. Caller advised her brother should not leave/they are both drunk.

Driving while intoxicated
Highway 180 @ Tractor Supply
Officer had contact advising negative on a drunk driver/everything is okay.

Welfare check
E. Spring Street
Caller advised he left his 17-year-old son with his mother and heard his son was in Las Cruces and not with his mother on Spring Street. Officer out at the Spring Street address/had contact with juvi/everything is okay/will call caller.

Arson
N. Gold Street
Caller advised someone tried to get into her house and tried to burn it down/it is smoking in the bedroom/there is lighter fluid all over her bedroom, living room and kitchen/did evacuate the house. E12 advised there appeared to be a small fire in the end bedroom however the fire is out.

Officer advised everything is okay/they ran out of gas and are waiting for someone to bring them gas.

Caller advised being harassed via text.

Caller advised she has not heard from a female tenant in her late 70s in a couple of days. Officer had contact with caller/negative contact with anyone in the apartment.

Criminal damage to property
619 N. Bullard Street
Two bullet holes found in the window.

Larceny
San Vicente Street
Caller advised a package was on her porch that was delivered on Saturday and she thinks it was stolen/caller is out of town. Officer advised out at the address.

Game and Fish
Longhorn and E. 32nd Street
Dead deer picked up.

Accident-property damage
N. Hudson and E. 14th streets
Two vehicles parked at Daylight Donuts/a landfill truck and a white Chevy van.

Male and female fighting/can hear a lot of banging against a wall. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

Caller advised a gray Buick is chasing a black Honda through the parking lot. Officer out with vehicles/everything is okay/all units clear.

Thursday, Dec. 27

Larceny
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male is stealing medications in the ER/two nurses are standing by with him at this time and security was notified. Officer advised they don’t want to file charges on the male.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Cactus Street
Rear passenger window broken/rocks in driveway/nothing missing.

Criminal trespass warning
1007 Pope Street
Named male in all camo harassing patients. Officer advised clear/male left property.

Welfare check
Garcia Street
Last contact with daughter two days ago. Officer advised daughter will call her mother.

Battery
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male in the ER/possibly assaulted with a baseball bat/refused to cooperate or provide any info to medical staff. Officer had contact with patient/patient stated he just needed to get his hand checked out/wouldn’t disclose anything/all units clear.

A female by the stoplight, with a dog, appears to be cold. Officer had contact advising female is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Little Walnut Road
Two are fighting at the entrance to apartments. Caller advised male is chasing a female down the hill/needs to hang up as the male is watching her. Deputy has contact with male.

E. Daniel Street and S. Highway 90
NMSP advised three vehicles on the side of the road near Daniel Street/could not stop to see if it was an accident. Officer had contact advising negative on an accident/everything is okay.
