Highway 180 – MM 128 (1 mile south of Hurley)
Caller stated a car slid off the roadway and is stuck in the ditch. Deputy had negative contact.

Accident-property damage
Cottage San Road and Western Heritage Drive
Tan vehicle in the ditch. Deputy had contact with vehicle/it was leaning on a small tree/keys were in the center cup holder/NCIC down so not able to contact owner.

Suspicious vehicle
Chimbaraza
Two occupants in an older black Honda sedan in the cul-de-sac either doing drugs or drinking. Deputy advised out with vehicle/appears to be unoccupied/single set of footprints in the snow led off into a wooded area. Deputies advised they followed the prints for a distance but had negative contact with the subject.

Saturday, Dec. 29

Suspicious vehicle
Dragonfly Trailhead
Deputy had contact with owner/everything is okay/male is waiting for his wife and will be leaving soon.

Welfare check
2045 E. Highway 180
Deputy advised see ‘smoke’ at the top of the building/negative on a fire.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named individual just broke the window to his vehicle and took off running.

Welfare check
Highway 90 – MM 32-33
Caller advised someone in all black is jogging on the side of the road toward Lordsburg. Caller did not want to stop and check because it is too cold. Deputy had negative contact.

Harassment
Old Fort Bayard
Caller advised a male was being belligerent toward him because he was stuck. Caller is the security guard for Central. Caller also advised that he was afraid because the male was getting closer to him and he was scared of being assaulted by the male who was stuck.

Sunday, Dec. 30

Welfare check
Bobwhite Drive
Checking on a named individual who has been calling the crisis line all night and is still calling.

Criminal trespass
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised there were subjects trespassing on their property/they had a dog that was chasing their cattle/they shot the dog/trespassers took the dog off the property/they are still in the area and they have weapons. Second caller lives nearby. Deputy en route to a Highway 61 address for second party.

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 and Casa Loma Road
Male walking west from Casa Loma. Per officer, deputy advised the male is okay/clearing scene.

Welfare check
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Caller from GRMC advising he just got a call from a named male advising his friend is suicidal/could not provide a location. Deputies had contact with father but negative contact with male.
