Highway 180 – MM 117 (near Cross Point Church)
Female driving without lights. Officer out at the shooting range with the vehicle/everything is okay/clear.

Criminal sexual penetration
Pine Street
Mother and her 3-year-old daughter in the ER/occurred somewhere in Bayard.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Unwanted subject
N. East Street
Wife’s daughter is refusing (to leave?) and causing problems.

Stolen motor vehicle
Rosemary Street
His ex-wife took his vehicle without his permission. Deputy advised to let the Bayard unit know that the registered owner is on scene at their traffic stop and has signed a waiver of prosecution and does not wish to pursue any charges.

Hurley Police Department

Saturday, Feb. 9

Aggravated assault
102 Cortez Avenue
Caller advised (redacted) put a gun to her husband’s head. Officer advised contact with that vehicle at the Hurley Bar/deputies out with the Bayard unit.

Loud music
Lea Drive
Officer advised male said he would turn it down/unit clear.

Harassment
C Street
Advised someone is using a texting app to hide their number to harass caller. Officer will be clear.

Santa Clara Police Department

Unwanted subject
11988 Highway 180
Female has been standing by the register for over an hour/she has been walking around bugging the customers and being obnoxious. Officers on scene/female left the property.
