Deputy advised hose is tied to exhaust, but has hose to the ground. Home owner is trying to kill gophers.

Domestic disturbance
Artcher Road
Caller advised her husband has Alzheimer’s and is being violent with her/wants an officer to take him somewhere. Deputy had contact advising male calmed down and agreed to take medications/he didn’t take them today. Neighbor is with caller and is going to stay with them.

Suspicious vehicle
16 Kirkland Road – Whiskey Creek VFD
Deputy spoke to grandmother who stated she just spoke to her grandson and advised his vehicle broke down on him in Arenas Valley.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

Domestic disturbance
W. Highway 180
Can hear male arguing with a female about stealing a sweater. Caller is disabled and has been drinking. Deputy advised out with a female walking/en route to speak with a named male. Other deputy en route to Welsh Street address in Arenas Valley with female.

Unattended death
Mockingbird Lane – Upper Mimbres
75-year-old male just found deceased in his room. Caller last spoke with him yesterday. Deputy advised to contact OMI/is waiting for funeral home.

Welfare check
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
She is being abused by mom according to her friend and is not in attendance in school today. School contacted CYFD already. Deputy had contact at the Morales Street address/she was with her grandmother/stated she was sick today and that was why she was not in school today.
Deputy advised that his observation was she did not have any signs of abuse as reported by the school.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

Suspicious vehicle
Nevada Street -- Hurley
Deputy had contact advising everything is okay/female is looking at her sister’s house.

Welfare check
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Male asked for an ambulance then a female got the phone and said they were having a small argument and that she had everything under control. Male seemed to be out of it. Deputy had contact advising talking to subjects/everything is okay.

Harassment
Valle de Uvas
A named female was harassing city hall. Deputy had contact with female advising her not to contact city hall again and she yelled she was going to sue him and city hall.

Burglary
Turkey Creek Road -- Gila
Caller advised her building was broken into and a box with keys was taken/there is a broken window as well. Deputy had contact.

Suspicious vehicle
Cliff landfill
Vehicle occupied by two named individuals.

Battery
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller said that 11-year-old daughter was jumped by three middle school children in the 300 area of Bornite/has marks and scratches on face and knuckles are torn up/does not need EMS. One male and two females/male with short black hair combed to side/tall female with dirty blond curly hair, glasses, heavy set/unknown other female.

Thursday, Feb. 21

Burglary

Man with a crowbar trying to break in through the back door. Deputy advised one subject in investigative detention at this time.

Criminal damage to property
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that the previous tenant may have broken the lock after the locks were changed.
