Caller advised that someone broke the window to her friend’s house/her friend is deceased but caller has been caring for the house.

Caller advised that she just received a phone call from her daughter stating that a named individual is in the back yard. Officer had contact advising the named individual left prior to arrival and had a CTW for the address/negative contact.
