Subject left GRMC prior to being admitted/would like to know that subject has removed IV. Officer had negative contact with anyone at the apartment.

Ex-boyfriend got into caller’s apartment when she was asleep/made contact at approximately 4:20 a.m./possibly damaged door to gain entry/caller woke up to ex touching feet and said if she called the cops he would kill himself. Ex left when caller called a friend.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Bayard
Red Pontiac all over the roadway/went off the roadway twice. Officer went traffic on Highway 180.

Unwanted subject
Grant Street
A named individual was harassing caller’s mother. Officer advised to issue the individual an indefinite CTW if located.

Breaking and entering
Central Avenue
Caller advised that two males are trying to break into the Mi Ranchito building. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Romero Road
Husband inside the home with the 12-year-old son/husband has a handgun threatening to kill himself/brother of husband is there trying to talk to him. Officer had contact advising the child is okay/weapons were removed from the house by the brother and caller is going to leave for the night and ask for a standby for tomorrow.

A named female was at his residence about an hour ago and she was very depressed/she is having suicidal ideations/unknown where she is at this time. Officer advised will ATL.

Caller advised that her husband just beat her up and tore up the house/he left on a blue and black motorcycle/caller refused medical. Officer advised parties are separated for the night.

Last contact with caller’s 42-year-old father was Feb. 25, when caller went to his address and he asked what she wanted and refused to open the door. Advised he did not appear to recognize her. Officer had contact with caller.

Male on a bike near the park and visitor center in Santa Clara. Officer had negative contact.

Officer made contact with female and kids and they are okay/they have food and water and utilities. Officer attempted to call caller several times with negative contact.
