Advised that a named male texted him yesterday and he was served a restraining order yesterday.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised a named female is throwing chairs at caller/she’s smashed the windows and has been doing this all day/she’s also locked him out of the residence. Officer advised parties were separated/they had documents stating the DVO was cancelled.

Criminal trespass

Officer advised that a named individual was issued an indefinite CTW to all W&N Enterprises.

Stabbing

There was a female yelling in the background. Caller is screaming on the line yelling that, “He is bleeding.” Officer advised a male has been stabbed twice. EMS2 requested in air standby. Native Air advised that Native 32 will not be responding due to weather/Native Air will be trying to get a hold of Native . . .

Panhandler

Female in the front of the store harassing customers for money/just went inside the store/negative on CTW/just don’t want her panhandling. Officer advised she is now at the bus stop and was advised to leave customers alone.

Officer had negative contact. NMSP officer went traffic with vehicle/clear of traffic stop/negative on DWI.
