Suspicious vehicle
Whispering Hills – 1:40 a.m.
Caller advised a truck is in the yard that he does not want there. Deputy advised that (redacted) is there with (redacted) helping him at the house.

Mental health complaint
Wright Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller stated her 70-year-old husband is having mental issues/he is yelling at her and being belligerent. Deputy had contact advising with one male en route to GRMC for voluntary evaluation.

Welfare check
Butterfield Lane – White Signal
Caller advised she is trying to get a hold of her 66 to 67-year-old aunt and she is not answering her phone. Deputy had contact advising aunt is okay/just ran out of minutes.

Nikis Road
A veteran had a suicide attempt on the 20th/she was supposed to present to the clinic for an appointment today/she did not show/they are unable to reach her.

Accident-injuries
Ridge Road
One vehicle rollover/unknown injuries/driver out of vehicle. Second caller advised no fluids leaking from vehicle/vehicle still running. Officer requested ambulance for 23-year-old female with right ankle hurting.

Domestic disturbance
Oakwood Avenue
Caller advised daughter-in-law is abusing her. Elderly female is upset because she was brought Cokes instead of Pepsi/she has mental issues/possibly bipolar or beginning stages of dementia. Daughter-in-law is en route back to her residence to assist them with her mother-in-law.

Criminal damage to property
Whispering Hills – 5:30 p.m.
Caller stated her brother broke into the residence and disarmed the alarm system and damaged her vehicle.

Breaking and entering
S. Bear Creek Road – Pinos Altos
Two broken windows found by social worker.

Welfare check
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her neighbors broke windows to her trailer/the children threw rocks at the windows then ran off. Deputy advised out next door with the juvis.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – Santa Clara
SCPD officer went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 – MM 124 (Bayard Cemetery) advising negative on drunk driving or anything.

Saturday, Mar. 23

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 107 (3 miles west of Truck Bypass junction)
Deputy had contact with vehicle parked on the side of the road. Driver stated she was too tired to drive. Deputy advised he could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle and did observe a beer can in a cupholder. After testing, driver was allowed back into the vehicle/she stated she was going to take a nap.

Burglary
Cottontail Drive – Arenas Valley
Advised a storage shed was broken into last night/several items were taken including a BB gun.

Larceny
Chukar Drive
Package stolen after delivery. Deputy had contact advising clear/caller has not checked the mailbox yet.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 155-156 (8-9 miles before Deming)
Subject slouched over the wheel parked on the side of the highway.

Missing persons
Game Dept Road – Red Rock
58-year-old male who was separated during kayaking on the Gila River/he is diabetic and does not have food or water/they were separated three hours ago. Deputy advised going to call caller and advise to notify NMSP as this is a search and rescue matter.

Fight
Mobile Drive
Subjects are fighting in their yard. Deputies had negative contact.

Sunday, Mar. 24

Larceny
Burnham Street – Arenas Valley
(Redacted) took caller’s purse.

Reckless driver
Arenas Valley Road
Deputy had contact with driver and he advised it was him on Arenas Valley Road and he said he will pay attention to his speed next time.

Domestic disturbance
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her son is off his meds and is “psychotic.” He is under the deck right now and is starting to get violent. Advised she was wanting him to go to the hospital but he was refusing. Unknown if he is under the influence/she is inside and has the doors locked.
