Hurley PD called advising a named female is having problems with her son. Officer requested ambulance for a 46-year-old male complaining of being dizzy. Bayard FD advised patient refused and signed, wanted nothing to do with Bayard FD.

Male staggering all over the roadway. Officer had negative contact/clear.

Caller advising he is the lawyer for a female/advised he received a call from her advising that she was with a named male and he was choking her and hitting her. Advised he did not have an address for either. Advised the female was crying hysterically but could not tell him where she was. Dispatch attempted contact but call went straight to voicemail.
