Caller advised she was raped at Walmart day before yesterday when she was unconscious and she now has a very foul odor and discharge.

Officers had contact with a named female and a named male who advised they were both arguing about their past relationships. EMS1 advised transporting one female/male refused. Officer advised all units clear/everything is okay.

Caller advised he has been working on this house for the last month and someone broke into the house and stole materials. Caller also found narcotics.

Caller advised a named male is sending him harassing texts. Officer had contact with caller but negative contact by phone with male.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Female refused to show receipt and told caller she didn’t pay for any of her merchandise then left in a black car headed east.

Unwanted subject

Caller advised a man is yelling, “Let me in or I’ll kill you.”/appears to be on narcotics. Officer had contact with a named male/clear.

Dead deer by La Bonita Bakery.

Breaking and entering

Caller advised he noticed a broken window at the Church of Christ/unknown if anyone is inside.
Officer on scene.

Caller advised that his dad and girlfriend are having a domestic.

Suspicious vehicle
2501 E. Highway 180
Dull gold car/male is at the gas station right now and as the vehicle passed caller noticed a rifle on the passenger side. Officer checked registered owner/clear.

Caller advised her husband threw a chair at her. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Unwanted subject
2707 E. Highway 180
Two males are in and out of the store/are now in the middle of Dollar General and Tractor Supply. Officer advised caller does not want the two issued a CTW, just to move along. Officer advised the two not to return that day/clear.

Caller said a party is going on and thinks there might be some kind of argument. Officer had contact advising a named male advised they were just joking and laughing really loud/negative on any fights or arguing.

Two females physically fighting/one just left in a dark Chevy SUV. Officer had contact/clear.

Missing persons
30th Street – 10 p.m.
14-year-old female left the residence around 5 p.m. and she won’t answer her phone/a friend of her son advised she was in an accident. Officer advised to send deputy to a Silva Creek Park space.

Deputy had contact with the male/everything is okay/unit clear.

Boyfriend is talking **** to caller. Officers had contact advising male left the residence willingly/parties separated.

Male and female arguing in the street. Officers had negative contact.

A named male was beating up a named female/male left in a blue Mazda. Officer put out ATL for the two subjects.

Caller advised that her male neighbor is outside arguing with her mom/he’s on his porch and she’s in her yard/he’s throwing trash in their yard. Officer advised all units clear.

Female walking in and on the edge of the roadway/carrying a bag and stumbling. Officer had negative contact.

Female walking in the hills with something – an animal or a child. Caller heard her yelling at something about it going up the hill with her, it wouldn’t so she left it behind. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised sister’s residence was broken into. Officer set up heavy patrol.

Officer had contact advising employee tried to stop customer from riding skateboard in store/customer got upset and started shoving employee/they are separated and officer is getting witness statements.

Caller advised her son keeps knocking on the door and calling her names/keeps telling her he’s going to burglarize her residence/also threatening to kill her. Caller stated that her son talks real awful to her and . . . Officer out at an apartment/Rafael Torrez and Joann Cruz were issued indefinite CTWs.

Caller said a tall blonde is trying to fight with people. Officer had negative contact.

Male who seems highly intoxicated tried to walk out of the store with beer/they refused sale of alcohol/he is asking customers for money and rides. Officer had contact with male/clear/everything is okay.

Officer advised to have shift commander call as the mother advised the daughter is possibly en route to Pinos Altos, and said she is going to “blow her brains out.” Tri-City was advised of the ATL. Deputy out on Highway 15, Pinos Altos, Bear Creek Road, and out of unit behind Bear Creek Cabins/negative contact.
