Caller from GRMC ER advised she needs to know if a 12-year-old can stay with a neighbor because the mother is going to be admitted. Officer spoke to the neighbor who advised it was okay if the child stayed with her.

Caller can hear yelling and screaming/a female was yelling that the male hit her. Officers advised en route to Cottage San/ATL for a named female/out at an Alabama Street address and made contact . . .

People have been camping out at the bus stop and not leaving room for people who are actually using bus services. Officer had contact advising subjects advised they are waiting for the bus to go to Deming/they were advised they are not allowed to be camping out there.

S. Texas Street – 4:10 p.m.
A named male is at her residence and he moved out on Saturday but came and knocked on her door. Officer had contact with caller.

KISS – 1223 West Street
Two named females and two males are in the parking lot and caller wants them removed.

N. Silver Street
Caller advised a named male and a named female are unwanted. Officers advised one male in custody en route to GRMC for medical clearance.

Criminal trespass warning
S. Texas Street – 5:30 p.m.
A named male who has a CTW pulled up in a blue Chevy truck/did not say anything to caller or do anything to property.

Caller concerned about 7-year-old son/called father over two hours ago with no response. Officer advised child is okay/did speak to caller as well.

Omega Place
Ex came by and pounded on the door and started yelling to get caller’s current girlfriend to come out/ex left.

Harassment
Cactus Street
A named male and a named female have been harassing caller and her family by giving them looks, yelling at them, and insulting them. Caller called back advising her parents are the landlords and do not want her to report this harassing behavior.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Male is walking out and caller has him on video stealing a bottle of alcohol.

Disturbance
Bluejay Lane
Caller advised that a male is outside yelling and keeping everyone awake. Officer had negative contact.

Game and Fish
418 Silver Heights Blvd.
Someone hit a deer across from Don Juan’s and it is still alive. Officer advised deer is dead.

Tuesday, June 18

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
W. Broadway
Rock thrown through windshield.

Criminal trespass warning
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male was caught in the store last night stealing beer and wants him issued a CTW. Officer issued Joe Morales an indefinite CTW for Food Basket.

Domestic disturbance
Cielo Azul Street
Caller wants a named male removed/verbal only/male took off walking/caller hung up. Officer advised clear/male left prior to arrival.

Battery
Black Street
Caller advised a named male just hit her/he is leaving/caller refused medical. Officer out with two males with a crowbar behind Hester House.

Fight
W. Market and Black streets
Male is hitting another male with a bat/both are heavy-set.

Breaking and entering
Ben Altamirano Sports Complex
Caller advised that someone broke into the concession stand. Officers had contact with caller who stated this was the second day in a row the concession stand was broken into. The only thing taken was a gallon jar of pickles, which was found thrown in the dugout. A frequent patrol was requested.

Intoxicated female in vehicle.

2148 E. Highway 180
A named female was caught shoplifting/possibly has a CTW/caller took the items from her/female took off/will try to have video ready tomorrow.

Disturbance
N. Silver Street
Two men fighting over dogs. Officers on scene/one male had been drinking/units clear/everything okay.

Harassment
E. 16th Street
Caller said a named male is harassing him and threatening to break caller’s neck. Officer had contact with caller.

Caller advised that a female is sleeping in the front of the store and she is refusing to leave. Officer out with the named female/female left property/clear.

Wednesday, June 19

E. 12th Street
Caller said that her son is outside throwing rocks at her house. Caller said she has a paper from a judge saying he is not supposed to be doing things like that. Officer advised son took off prior to arrival and was just breaking things outside his trailer/units clear.

Burglary
N. California Avenue
Caller advised he has someone doing work in the back and they noticed the doors were open. Officers on scene/set up a heavy patrol for a month at night.

Suspicious vehicle
E. 12th Street
Blue Kia Soul passing by caller as she walked home from the Wellness Center/passed seven times. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Gold/16th.

Burglary
1735 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised they were broken into last night/entry gained through side door.

Domestic disturbance
Cactus Street
Caller stated both subjects were yelling at each other. Officer out with subjects/one in custody/en route to GCRDA for DVO.

Intoxicated persons
809 N. Hudson Street
Drunk male in front of Hudson Chevron crossing the road/caller hung up. Officer advised the named male is possibly intoxicated/he is going toward the ditch and is out of the roadway.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Subject walked out with a basket full of groceries/is now pushing the basket along Gough Park. Officer had contact at the bank.

Hot pursuit
Arroyo Seco Road and E. Highway 180
Officer advised vehicle is not stopping/a female is in the vehicle that is possibly trying to jump out of the vehicle/asking if any GCSO or NMSP vehicles are in the area/now passing Madison on Hwy 180/female has made three attempts to jump out of vehicle/officers advised 95 mph at this time/vehicle turning onto Racetrack Road and passing the church/vehicle wrecked out at Racetrack and Camino Moreno.

A named female is outside the Gospel Mission advising that she was raped/she is uncooperative and isn’t even supposed to be there. Officer advised on scene/out at the Sierra House.

City Nails
Female that did her nails is taking pictures of her as she is getting her refund. Caller wants the owner to delete the photos as she did not give consent. Second caller advised that a customer in the salon is refusing to pay for the services done to her. Officer advised clear/civil matter.

206 W. Highway 180
Officer spoke to a named female who stated that earlier today an unknown female took photos of her and her friend’s children at Gough Park. Officer advised clear.

Ex-boyfriend is banging on doors and windows, trying to get in/he appears drunk.

Sunset Lane
Four people inside a white Cadillac seem like they are having an argument. Officer checked registered owner/clear.

Caller advised that a female in the ER waiting room is refusing to leave/she has a machete on her person and keeps yelling at him. Officer advised female was dropped off at Spring/Cooper.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 @ Walmart
Two vehicles in the roadway/no injuries/brown Hyundai SUV and gray Toyota 4runner. Officer on scene.

Criminal trespass warning
111 S. Texas Street
Caller advised Gospel Mission staff want a named female issued a 30-day CTW. Officer issued Diane Nunez a 30-day CTW/she can go back July 21.

Someone opened an account under her name in January.

Caller advised that a named male is hitting his mother/caller is 14-years-old/subjects are still yelling.

Female in the store is shoplifting/unknown what she took. Officer advised one female in custody en route to SCPD. 39-year-old female with shoulder and ankle pain/no bleeding/alert, conscious and breathing.

Male was discharged but is in the ER waiting room yelling and refusing to leave.

602 N. Bullard Street
Female was running up Bullard and a male was chasing her/they ran into the Big Ditch. Officer had contact with a named female in the ditch area and she continued to run up the Big Ditch.

E. 13th and N. Bennett streets
A named male is on the footbridge behind the Silver City RV Park and has a bottle of Jack with him/caller believes he needs a mental evaluation. Advised he also cut his GPS monitor off a week ago. Officer has contact with male at the Knights of Columbus.

N. Swan Street
Caller stated he is having continuous problems with the swag house across the street. Advised they keep yelling at him and his parents and harassing them for him asking to turn down their music. Advised there is another male on the porch now yelling and cussing at them. Frank Gomez was issued indefinite CTW to 1308 N. Swan Street.

Larceny
Hidden Way
Caller advised a named male went through caller’s window and stole a PS4 earlier today.

Criminal trespass warning
1503 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller wants a CTW issued to a person who is sleeping on the sidewalk. Officer issued Mary Rodriguez an indefinite CTW for the property.

Suspicious vehicle
County Convention Center
Officer advised that a named male will be out there tonight landscaping.

Disturbance
S. Corbin Street
Caller said she could hear multiple voices screaming. Officer had contact with subject/everything is okay/units clear.
