Criminal sexual penetration
N. Canyon Street
18-year-old female advised that a boy sexually assaulted her when she was 12-years-old. It occurred on the school bus in the Bayard area.

Pine Street
Ex-wife went onto his property and removed some things/she has keys to the home and the keys to the house and vehicle are gone as well as his glasses and the vehicle. She is not allowed to step foot on the property. The vehicle that is gone is registered to her.

Caller advised that a female in a house across from City Hall is screaming stop.

A named male had a heroin user at the house and caller wants him out of the house. Caller advised he has his mother in the hospital in Las Cruces and is bringing her home.

Caller advised her partner’s parents went over and are calling her a ‘bitch’ and her daughter a brat.

Domestic disturbance
Bayard Community Center
A couple is arguing at the Little League. Officer had contact with a few subjects who were having a birthday party and they did not see or hear anyone arguing.

Officer advised the male left prior to arrival.

Welfare check
East Street
Caller advised that someone who is crying and knocking is at the front door/he is walking away/he just fell and is lying next to the dumpster. Officer advised 35-year-old male with laceration to his right arm, complaining of back pain/highly intoxicated/negative lights and sirens.

Male and female fighting then disconnected. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay.

Caller advised her 15-year-old son is causing problems with his grandmother/he was yelling at his grandmother and telling her he hopes she stays in a wheelchair/grandmother was crying.

Domestic disturbance

Teenage boys are fighting each other. Officer has one in investigative detention/18-year-old with bite on left hand/17-year-old complaining of neck pain. EMS3 en route.

Taylor Street
Caller advised that a male keeps calling her.

Caller advised that a named male is not letting her out of the vehicle/driver of a white 2000 Jeep left. Officer advised giving female a ride to her home in Silver City.

W. Pine Street
Caller advised he can’t get hold of his dad and it isn’t like him not to answer his phone/he lives alone. Officer had contact with dad who advised he has been a little sick lately and will call his son/does not wish medical at this time.
