Someone shot at window last night.

Officer followed male home who flagged the officer down. Officer on scene advising everything is okay/all verbal.

Caller is a named female’s caretaker and she hasn’t answered the door for anyone today. Officer had contact advising she is okay.

Caller advised she can hear someone yelling at the kids. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/the two boys were fighting with each other.

Caller advised she heard five shots from the ditch next to her house/two more shots went off while she was on the phone/advised they are not fireworks. Officer had contact advising it’s fireworks/clear the call.

Advised a named male sounded suicidal like he didn’t want to live anymore/he has cancer and had a catheter removed today which is causing a lot of pain/he stated he was done and this was it and quickly hung up. Officer advised out at the address.

Caller advised a group of people in a black Altima left last night without paying for propane.

Customer causing issues for the front desk clerk in reference to some deposits. Officer on scene advising this will be a civil matter and they were told not to return until the manager comes back tomorrow.

Walk-in advised that someone stole a gold plate belonging to a relative.

Elderly male in a maroon Nissan in the drive through looks like he is going to pass out or asleep at the wheel. Officer had contact advising male tried to leave/he is DWI/send another unit/gave info to NMSP as they took over/no action taken by county.

Caller advised a male is there who won’t leave unless he is given money. Officer advised it was Eugene Lynn/he has left.

Accident-injuries
E. Highway 180 and Rosedale Road
Caller advised a named female in a blue Yukon. Officer requested ambulance for an 8-year-old boy who was hit by an airbag and has redness on his chest, shoulder, and arm.

A female and a male are yelling near the underpass. Officers out on foot/everything is okay.

Caller advised a male who was walking toward Domino’s was peeing by her car and then went inside and started cussing at her/he just walked into Domino’s parking lot. Officer out with Eugene Lynn/issued him an indefinite CTW for Exxon.

Officer out with a named male/taking stuff out of unit/advised he’s going to be there all night.

Heard four pops/possibly low-caliber weapon/also heard yelling from area of The Flame. Officer on PA Road ATL/negative contact.

A named male called PTSD crisis line stating he wants to kill himself/is highly intoxicated.

Walk-ins requesting a named male be issued a CTW.

A 27-year-old female diagnosed with schizophrenia made comments she wants to kill the voices in her head and the man in the fridge/she lives with her father and brother. Deputy had contact with female. Officer advised female with heavy chest pressure.

A named female in a silver Chrysler with a broken back window was last seen leaving a house by Western about 30 minutes ago and was crying. Caller will try to get better information.

21-year-old female was released/unit clear.

Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised that a named male is drunk and in her driveway and she doesn’t want him there/he’s starting to wake up. Officer had contact giving male a ride home to the Ridges.

Criminal trespass warning
1075 E. Highway 180
A named male is refusing to leave/they have had problems with him previously and want him issued a CTW/is not causing problems/just refusing to leave. Officer issued Gaije Polanco a CTW.

Officer had contact advising she will turn down the music.

Thursday, July 11

Intoxicated persons
1810 N. Swan Street
A named male is in the parking lot and refusing to leave and becoming upset because they will not sell him more alcohol. Officer spoke with Joe Morales who stated that he and an employee were talking about another employee and calling him a ‘fag,’ who got upset and threw the male’s cane into the parking lot and broke it. The officer then spoke with the employee the two were talking about who stated the male attempted to shoplift and then began to call him homosexual names.

Game and Fish
24th and Yucca streets – 2:30 a.m.
Caller advised that a deer was stuck in the fence and possibly needs to be put down/it is injured. Officer had contact advising the deer had its back leg stuck in a fence and appeared to not be doing well. Advised one shot fired/deer is dead/clear.

Caller advised a named female called their suicide line. Officer requested ambulance for a 52-year-old female with suicidal ideations/negative lights and sirens.

One male yelling at another/both left walking headed west on College. Officer had contact advising they are going their separate ways for the day/everything is okay.

Caller advised they were out of town and someone broke into his house and stole items.

Male stole beer and candy and left in a silver Hyundai toward Highway 90. Officer advised caller to contact SCPD when video was ready.

Three subjects, two females and one male, in the office at this time not causing problems/they don’t have ID.

Domestic disturbance
1040 E. Highway 180
Caller said male and female and child were arguing on their way from Comfort Inn and as they were headed to their room and after they were in their room. Officer advised all verbal/units clear.

Hot pursuit
E 20th and Cactus streets
Officers advised on Cactus headed toward Silver Heights at 20 mph/40 mph passing Swan on Silver Heights/see if NMSP available/45 mph Highway 180 passing Sheriff’s Posse/speeds increasing possibly 100/Highway 180 and Arroyo Seco/vehicle is a white Cadillac that does not match plates/Highway 180 at VFW speeds about 70/BPD joining pursuit at MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market).
