Empire Street
Caller advised her female neighbor was breaking the windows to her house, Officer out on Virginia Street/female is clear/waiting for CYFD to come get female’s kids.

Domestic disturbance
North Street
Have a female yelling on the phone at someone/caller advised a named male is at her house and he has a CTW/can hear them yelling in the background. Officer advised male has CTW/ running down North Street/pepper sprayed the male/running up toward the water towers on North Street.

Vencill Street
Caller advised he is tired of his sister/he is going to bash her head in if she calls him a sexual offender again. Can hear yelling/have open line/subjects are still arguing/they are far from phone.

Fight
Highway 180 – Bayard Cemetery
Two females were physically fighting on the side of the road.

Someone has used counterfeit money/subject is not there/caller has money with her.

Caller advised she can hear what sounds like three males fighting outside. Second caller advised juveniles in a green car hit something and got out and were arguing. Officer had contact advising all verbal.

Advised that a named female is breaking windows to the residence/caller disconnected line. Officer advised en route to GRMC with one female.

A named male is outside screaming and throwing water on himself/is only wearing underwear. Officer advised male left prior to arrival. Second caller advised the male is in front of her address yelling and in pain/he appears to have been burnt. Officer had contact with male.

Harassment
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised his named male neighbor threw one of his dad’s used diapers at him and has been yelling at him. Officer had contact advising negative on harassment/neighbors just had a disagreement.

DV order violation
E Street
Caller advised she just got into a physical altercation with a named male she has a restraining order against/he did leave already. Officer was advised.

Female has no cell service for several hours/wants a phone call after officer goes to home.

Caller advised a car horn has been going off for about 15 minutes now. Officers had no contact with any car alarm going off.

Caller from CYFD requests officer for a home visit. Officer had contact with caller who advised a male at the residence has gotten aggressive with her in the past.

Kids trying to bust water faucet/they are leaving. Officer advised clear/children were picked up by their parents.

Dog bite
N. Cleveland Street
Son was bit by dog/negative on medical/caller spoke with owner. Officer advised clear/will refer to ACO.

Loud music
Central Elementary – 211 W. Cedar Street
Caller advised a male and a female are playing loud music at the playground. Deputies advised parents of the juvis were notified and they picked up the male and female juvi/everything is okay.

Disturbance
E. Oak Street
Caller advised he can hear a lot of yelling and banging/it sounds like things re being thrown. Officer had contact advising everything is clear/subject is going to turn down music.

S. Mineral Street
Caller advised her 14-year-old son does not want to get up and she needs to go to work/he is refusing to get out of bed. Officer advised that chief advised he is not going to go and get her son out of bed/will give her a call. Caller advised her son needs to get out of her house before she beats him/she does not want him in her house because he has been stealing from her. He is in his room refusing to leave.

Officer followed vehicle all the way to MM 118 (Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)/vehicle did not commit any infraction.

On a named individual. Officer advised clear, everything is okay.

Caller requests an officer at her residence around 4 p.m. when she gets out of work/wants an indefinite CTW issued. Silver City PD issued the indefinite CTW to Johnathan Sanchez for the Cactus Street address.

Caller believes someone is robbing her very slowly/most of her items are missing.
