Have a female yelling on the phone at someone/caller advised a named male is at her house and he has a CTW/can hear them yelling in the background. Officer advised male has CTW/ running down North Street/pepper sprayed the male/running up toward the water towers on North Street.

Caller advised his named male neighbor threw one of his dad’s used diapers at him and has been yelling at him. Officer had contact advising negative on harassment/neighbors just had a disagreement.

Officer advised that chief advised he is not going to go and get her son out of bed/will give her a call. Caller advised her son needs to get out of her house before she beats him/she does not want him in her house because he has been stealing from her. He is in his room refusing to leave.
